Happy with this lamp, no complaints at all. Neck bends easily and is nice and bright. Bought this to replace the last one that feel off the desk and smashed. This one is heavier so it shouldn't get knocked off the desk again.

Nothing bad to say about this lamp at all. Does the job it's supposed to do, turns on and gives off light. The neck is flexible, but I don't use that feature all that much. Very good quality.

The flexible neck of this lamp is so easily adjustable. Its solid and wide base brings the center of this lamp's mass squarely into the base so that it doesn't tilt as you move the head in virtually any direction you want.

Honest reviews on Home Design, Juicy, 15 Inch Tall, Desk Lamp, Chrome/White Acrylic

Hip light with that works as nice as it looks. The bendy neck is handy and the base is solid and a good weight. I will be getting a couple of these as gifts for people, the price on Amazon is great.

No complaints about this lamp. Does what it should, lights up my desk. The adjustable neck is nice and it feels sturdier than other lamps I've used.

It looks cheap in real life and the lamp shade is poorly put together and it is noticeable right out of the box. Good thing I did not pay full price.

Arrived today in a huge box with lots of Styrofoam packing. It was very secure and came with complete instructions. Lead soldering is black and is not in perfect condition. If you stand and look at it very close you will see lots of imperfections, but from across the room on a table this little beauty shines. I have amber colored bulbs in it and it just enhances the color even more. Couldn't be more pleased with how it changed the whole look of my home.

The lamp is indeed beautiful, very heavy, and just what I'd hope it would be except that the compact flourescent light bulb that came with it is too big for the harp. One of the reasons I bought this lamp is that it has a 3-way switch. I have a 13W CFL in the lamp now, and there's no room for a larger watt bulb that has a bigger base. So this is disappointing, but I'll probably keep the lamp. It's certainly better than what I had!!

Off White Linen Uno Lamp Shade for Down Bridge Lamp Reviews

Customer Ratings:

This is a hard to find item for the right price! It was delivered several days BEFORE the promised date, so I was thrilled by that. My only issue is that this is difficult to thread onto the socket just right--without cross threading--so that the seam ends up where you want it. This shade is well-made and arrived in perfect condition.

The shade fit well and was the right size but it had some dark spots that looked dirty. It may actually be woven in the fabric but I was unhappy that I paid a lot for a shade that already looked soiled in a few spots.

I had purchased these lamps for use in my formal living area they are good and met my expectations.

However, the lamp shade is much darker that you would expect looking at the picture. A lighter shade would make the lamp look even better.

These lamps are easy to assemble. They look great, are cost-effective, and work like a charm. I highly recommend them.

These lamps arrived today and are of very poor quality and were packaged badly. The lamp base is in 3 pieces (which I didn't expect) and the shade, harp, and finial are all separate as you would expect. The lamp base pieces screw together and they don't fit together properly. One piece did actually fit, but there is a rough metal edge that faces up toward the top of the lamp which is both dangerous and will catch all sorts of dust and debris from normal household use. The base color is that of brown spray paint, and the paint was marred on the pieces I received. The packaging was horrendous and I really believe someone else got these first and tried to repackage them so I'm not sure I will be able to get them back in the box. The Styrofoam packing was in tiny little flakes when I opened the box and everything was held together with massive amounts of packing tape. Bottom line these lamps are not worth the price in any way due to the poor quality of the product and the packaging is just awful.

I ordered this lamp because I was looking for something unique for my desk. The lamp came well packaged and in perfect working order. The lights adjust in different directions so they provide a variety of focal points. The only reason I did not give this lamp 5 stars is because the halogen bulbs that came with the lamp cast a yellowish light. I was hoping that the light would be more clear as some of my halogens have been in the past. I intend on looking for some replacement bulbs that have a more natural light. I would recommend this lamp to anyone who doesn't need a lot of light but wants to add a touch whimsy to their decor.

Designers Edge L-871 16 LED BBQ and Task Light Review

Received this as a Christmas gift. It's a great light, but the quality is poor. The on/off switch doesn't always work. When I replaced the batteries, two different national brands would not reach the positive contacts, which are too deep in the holder. It is not "all metal construction", as the light head is plastic, and there are no screws or obvious way to get into it to try to push the contacts further out. The battery cover doesn't hold the batteries down tight enough, so they sometimes lose contact (this is with the batteries that came with it which have slightly longer positive terminals than the US brand AAA's). The head is also starting to pull away from the arm and loosen, after just a week or two of use. Hopefully the replacement I am requesting on warranty will be better.

Bottom line, with all the LED's this should be a great light but the cheap "Made in China" construction just doesn't cut it.

I must echo the previous review. It worked great until you had to replace the batteries. Even though my AAA batteries were made in China , the positive post would not make contact. My light is slightly over four months old and now is a paperweight. Bottom line---when the batteries expire so does the ability to use this light.

Got this as a gift for my husband. Lighting was poor and even though he would clamp it on, the clamp wouldn't hold. Would bend the light and when you get it to the place you need it, let go and it would continue to bend. It wasn't strong at all.

Have had other bbq lights but they had serious design flaws: the batteries in the base away from the light (easier for broken connections), a short neck, switch is a toggle, etc. This light deals with all of those problems. Great design.

I was so happy to find this lamp. It is a good comparable match to another Quoizel Lamp I have had in our guest bedroom.

It is a little more expensive than an average bedroom lamp......but so worth the price for the accent it adds to the bedroom. It now gives the bedroom that warm and inviting look.

The light is more than adequate. The speakers are really pretty decent. If you are expecting Bose quality sound, you had probably look elsewhere (I always get a kick out of people that down grade small radios and speakers and whatnot's because it's not awesome quality sound like a $1,000 system) We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and clarity of the speakers, though we don't use that feature all that much.

The clip is adequate in most cases. The only major complaint I have is the neck is a little too thin and won't hold most positions. I'm going to try to wrap some thick wire around it to try to give it more support.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program The speaker/light came in a bubble pack but not the kind that is almost frustrating to open. It includes a 6V 800mA AC adapter with a six feet long cord. It can run on 4 double A batteries which is not included. On batteries, using the light and the speaker together will run for 4 hours. If you use only either the light or the speaker, the batteries last longer and double the running time to 8 hours. A three-feet long 3.5mm audio cable is also included.

Don't expect much bass from a tiny speaker like this. The sound quality is good though and loud enough to hear across the room. There is no volume control on the speaker, you will have to use your phone or your MP3 player to adjust volume. The light has 12 LEDs which is more than adequate as a reading light. No dimmer.

It has a strong clamp, you can attach it to a headboard or bedside table (if they have anything to clamp on). I want it also to stand by itself so I tried it on top of the table. It can stand but is not very stable even with the added weight of the batteries. It will just tip over if you bend the neck too much. If it is properly anchored, the neck is sturdy enough to support the weight of the head and can be positioned any way you want it.

Overall, it is a nifty gadget if you want light and music at the same time. Great by the bedside and dorm rooms.

Pros:

can be powered either by an AC outlet or AA batteries

LED lamps

speaker and light combo

Cons:

no sound volume control and no ligtht dimmer

won't stand stable by itself

Best Deals for Vibe Clip-on Speaker with Fold Out Light (Battery or Plug in

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I've tried out this Vibe clip-on speaker for about a month....

The good:

-It's a decent desklight for kids and the speaker sound is ok enough (better than most cellphone speakers).

-The battery power is a plus for the kids to bring on a car trip as a reading light.

-It uses LED bulb which is good. I pretty much only buy products with LED bulbs now (uses less power, lasts longer).

-The latest price I noticed is $10 which appears like new lower discounted price.

What could be better:

-Combining a desklight and a speaker makes this light too bulky. The head is big and the unpluggable wire can get messy.

-The clip on the light could not clip to a thicker desk that I have (it couldn't open wide enough).

-The light brightness is not adjustable.

Overall I rate this 4-stars...it's an ok desklight, it's an ok speaker. I was going to rate overall 3-stars for price/value but with the $10 selling price I bumped up to 4-stars for price/value.

Honest reviews on Vibe Clip-on Speaker with Fold Out Light (Battery or Plug in

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I got this mostly for attaching to the headboard of the bed so that I could read at night but I find that the light is a bit much late at night and it would be rather nice if it had a 2 level power setting. If it had that it would be a truly awesome light for my purposes.

It also scatters a lot of the light so if you have someone sleep next to you then it can be a problem because after so long you end up with an elbow to the side telling you to "put the book away and turn the damn light off". LOL, so much love... That's not really a con but just more of a note. It is a rather strong light for what it is.

The speaker is actually pretty potent and works exceptionally well with the little TV I have in the kitchen. The speaker actually puts out a lot better sound than that TV does, which is kind of disturbing and a pleasant surprise at the same time. I can actually hear what's being said on that TV now much better. This lead me to just buy a different set of speakers to plug into that TV.

Overall, for the price it's pretty good for what it does I hope that it lasts a while, but then again I don't really abuse it as it never moves from it's current spot so I don't see why it wouldn't. It could certainly be a little better built as the hinge on the light could be better and the rest of it could be a little stronger or more durable but it's OKAY for the most part.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Vibe Clip-on Speaker with Fold Out Light (Battery or Plug in

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This LED clip-on light can work with batteries or plug in, and it has a good, sturdy clip and a bright light that can be bent any which way to focus where you want (and not where you don't.)

If that weren't enough, it also has a speaker that you can attach to your phone or computer with a patch cord. It does not amplify to speak of, but it still seems to make a bigger sound than my netbook.

If I could ask for anything, it would be some amplification and volume control, but I suppose you can't have everything and still run it with a couple of little batteries. I use this light every day, and the speakers from time to time.

Previous reviewers noted the snuffer cap chain was not attached, so I soldered the chain to fix that problem. Unfortunately though they leak oil from the seam if you fill above the seam or even splash the lamp oil inside. Although attractive they're probably junk.

Honest reviews on Good Directions 206CH Medium Oil Table Lamp with Snuffer Cap

We love this lamp and as stated we use it on our table. It is nice looking although the copper ages quickly, which gives a vintage look to it. The only downside would be pouring the oil into the lamp that is impossible without putting a mess or using a fennel (only devoted to it). We use the Danish Green Oil with it and it does not bother us with a strong oily smell.

Customer Ratings:

I was looking every where for a clip on lamp. They are hard to find in regular stores. I have used this type of lamp for many years as I love to read in bed and I have a book case head board. My problem was most I saw had very short clips and they do not hold very well and after some time the clip just breaks. Well the problem has been solved!! This lamp is quality and has a substantial clip and I do not forsee any problems with this lamp. My husband and I are so pleased we are going to order our third lamp. I have macular degeneration and need very good light to read by so I have one on my computer desk, one on our head board and will be ordering one to clip to our book case shelve above my head for extremely bright light to read by. Also love the many colors we have one in red one in blue and will be ordering one in ivory. We are very well pleased and recommend this product.

We have tried TONS of these over the last few years. My band uses them to hold color-changing LED bulbs for stage lighting, and these are BY FAR the most solidly built of them all. Firm, useable clips (could be better padded), and solid-feeling switches, with fat, grab-able knobs. Every other version of this simple device we've tried has been garbage that started to fall apart during the first few uses. These have been dropped, bumped and dinged, but still hang on tight, and work perfectly. Don't even look at the others, I have tried most all of them and they are junk. Really.

Cute, compact lamp. I like the convenience of the switch being on the top for easy access. Only thing I would change is to make the gooseneck a little longer for more range of motion.

Honest reviews on Lite Source LS-111BLU Clip-On Lamp, Blue

A good clip on light. I use it on our headboard. If you use an LED light bulb it always stays cool. My only complaint: The spring bracket clamp is made of plastic that wears out in about a year (plastic fatigue???). Replace the cheap-ass plastic with some steel and you'll never buy another. Oh, how do I know they wear out in a year? This latest purchase is my third lamp, exactly the same as the photo including the same color.
