Shipping was quick. Both lamps came in 1 box and needed to be put together but it was not difficult, tool all of 5 minutes. Lamps came with 2 CLF light bulbs, nice perk. The lamps really are beautiful, solid and look pricey. The shade is a shimmery light silky gold and the light output is lovely, bright yet warm. They added a finished look to our guest house. After looking online on Amazon and other sites, I'm really happy I went with Amazon and this purchase!

I've ordered a number of different lamps, Lightbeam 1350, Pablo Designs LINK and Canoco. I like this one the best. It's the brightest and most adjustable. It would be perfect if it had light temperature control and a detected on/off switch. This model you have to touch the lowest setting on the lamp to turn it off.

Basically, this product is not worth $211. The 42 LED light does not emit enough light for student study purposes. The brightness control has already stopped functioning. I have to really struggle to switch this light on. The design is good but the quality is pathetic. I know I can not expect much from a chinese product, then the price should also have been reduced to $100.

"I should have bought this a long time ago." Well worth the money. I utilize it as a desk lamp. My desk is configured as a L-shape, and it reaches out, from one end to the other. Easily adjustable at any angle/height. Lighting a plus since you can dim the lights at your liking. "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

Beautiful floor lamp and looks real nice in my living room. The only problem I have with the lamp is that setting it on thick carpet tends to set it off balance. I had to put a shim under it so it would stand up straight.

Pretty to look at but that's about all. The switch doesn't work correctly and this takes a lot away from this light fixture. Decided to keep but it's stuck in a corner rarely used but more for décor. Wound up purchasing 2 other standing lamps from my local Lowes that I love to use. Am quiet disappointed with this purchase.

man was waiting on these to fit my bike...they are universal lamps and the price was awesome too got front and rears...they also shipped quick thought i was gonna wait a month or two but they were at my home in about 3 weeks..which is not bad considering they ship from across seas...lol they are bright and give your bike a mean look did have to cut the wires to my bike but that was easy black with black and colored wire with the color wire left there since its only to wires to connect for each side...i used my sets on my 2003 buell blast...hope this helps

My hunter fan came with this type of unusual bulb and I thought I found an easy solution with these bulbs. Unfortunately, these bulbs are at least an inch longer than the bulb I am replacing and don't fit with the fixture I have. If you're looking for a bulb to fit a hunter fan fixture, you may just have to buy it from hunter fan.

These bulbs are hard to find AND they don't last long for some reason. Search Amazon for "GU24 socket adapter" and you can use an adapter to use regular bulbs in your fixture. Right now, it seems bulbarama is the only distributor for these on amazon. They charged a high shipping fee but I bought 2 for my outdoor fixtures and the shipping remained the same.

I got this bulb on January 2011, and it went dark in September! Aren't fluorescent bulbs supposed to outlive their incandescent counterparts? Basically it is a pain, since you cannot find a replacement in your average hardware store, and have to get it shipped, and then it gets burnt so easily! Shame on my construction company for sticking me with this.

WARNING: New design of MaxLite 18W GU24WW bulbs will not fit some lighting fixtures (I have Acclaim outdoor lighting). MaxLite's 18W bulbs no longer "taper in" at bottom of base (odd because their 13W bulbs still do taper in). It was an "engineering mistake" to say the least. Ask MaxLite and tell them where you heard this (I have the new and old design bulbs --oh, and new ones don't match picture on the box they come in!). Suppose I should just purchase entire new light fixtures? --No way!

This lamp comes in Antique Brass, Brushed Steel, Rust, and Dark Bronze. Ours is brushed steel, as shown in the Customer Images.

Although called a pharmacy lamp, this is my favorite type of lamp for reading while sitting in an easy chair. That's because it's so easy to move the entire lamp and position the relatively small lamp head height and angle precisely as needed. The lamp head stays parallel to the floor, but it can be rotated about 270 degrees, which is far more than required.

The base is sufficiently heavy to keep the lamp from tipping over; the lamp head raises/lowers easily and is secured by a large thumb screw; and it accepts up to a 100w incandescent bulb with a type A (standard) base. A larger incandescent bulb would fit, but then the lamp head would dangerously overheat, since the interior reflector is plastic. However, any compact florescent bulb that will fit can be used, such as a 13w or 23w. The height to the bottom of the lamp head is infinitely adjustable from 43" to 55".

Overall quality is very good, and although shipped in multiple parts, it screws together without any tools in only a few minutes. Good value as well.

I'm in college and don't have a lot of space in my dorm room so this is good for me since I have it clipped onto the shelf over my desk. The goose neck is nice, I can point it at my desktop or when I skype I can point at myself and not have to have the over head light on that might disturb my roommate. I have 10 of these and I use them in my studio to light up art work. The look very sleek when I have all the frames along one wall with all the lamps lined up from the bottom pointing up. I agree that the style, design, stability and looks are all great, but the light is incredibly poor. I had bought it to sit on my craft desk so I could focus in on the detail, but I had to turn the head upside down to see if it was even on. I was replacing an inexpensive similar style lamp because the glass kept falling out, but I have gone back to it anyway because at least it was bright enough to work by. Disappointing I liked the small base because it didn't take up a lot of my work table. I guess I will put it next to a bed in a guest room at least it is pretty.

I was having trouble reading text on my copyholder because of poor lighting (as I live in the Colorado Desert, the house windows are tinted because of extremely hot summer temperatures, which does not make for bright interior lighting). However, my computer desk is just a standard size, with two speakers and a monitor on it. So I needed something that wouldn't take up much room, would shine down from overhead on documents, and with a solid heavy base so I would have no problem with it tipping over.

This is the lamp. Besides, with its modern design (amost seems Swedish) in silver, it is very pretty as well. There is a simple on/off switch on the foot of the base, which is egg-shaped. It looms high enough over the copyholder so I can put it in just the position that I want to reflect light (30 small LED lights) down on the text. There is an easily adjustable arm and a swiveling head. And, of course, the stability of the desk lamp is an added safety feature.

And it comes fully assembled. No struggling with nuts, screws, bolts, etc.

It sure saved the day for me. I no longer struggle to read text in dim light.

I purchased this lamp 2-1/2 years ago and until now, I've been very happy with it. However, what I didn't realize when I ordered it is that the 30 small LED lights in this lamp aren't replaceable. Once they burn out, you have to discard the entire lamp. Recently, three of the small lights burned out and several others have started flickering. Unfortunately, the life expectancy of this lamp is relatively short and I can't recommend it.
