We also did not receive the lamp shades with the lamps. But the lamps themselves are lovely. We did not expect the shades to not come with the lamps.

There was some packaging problem....I received only the lamp shade. The actual lamp never arrived. I ordered a replacement but the same thing happened a second time. I still would like the lamp but was issued a refund since it seemed probable this might happen again. (A third? lamp shade).

I love this lamp! I do have to say that the shade is darker gray than I expected, but it is lovely with the silver base. The gray really shows up when the light is on. The package arrived in a timely manner, and the lamp arrived in great shape.

I saw this lamp in a high-end catalog at a higher price. When I spotted in on Amazon at a lower price, I decided to give it a try. This little lamp gives off some decent light. It does take 4 "C" batteries, which are not included. Originally, I had planned to use it in my basement, but I have found it to be a great size for the shelves that are on either side of my kitchen sink. In fact, I like this little lamp so much that I just ordered a 2nd one so that I have a matching set. The lamp would also be very good in a power outage and you can actually hang it up from the top. Very pleased overall.

We got this to light my mom's windowless bathroom at night. There's no ideally located outlet for a plug-in motion-detecting nightlight, and we also wanted her to not be left in pitch-darkness in the event of a power-outage during a late-night bathroom break, so we needed something that runs on batteries. The light this puts out is very white maybe an estimated 5000K or so. The motion-detector has enough sensitivity and range to activate when anyone walks in or even near the bathroom door, which is about 10' from where the lamp is.

It's not really bright enough to read by unless you're right next to it, so it can't replace a standard table lamp, but it's brighter than any motion-detecting night light that I've seen except for maybe the Sentina Zen Light LED Motion Sensor Light, and that's exactly what we use it for -a very bright night light.

This little lamp does exactly what it's made to do. Very nice soft light. Lamp turns on only if it is dark which saves the batteries from being used in the daytime.

Honest reviews on Fulcrum 20020-108 8 LED Sensor Table Lamp, White

I keep this cute little lamp in my laundry room on the shelf above my washer/dryer. I go through my laundry room from the garage to get into the house. This little lamp is great for when I'm coming home with groceries through my pitch black laundry room. It comes on, lights the room nicely/softly and I don't have to worry about turning it off. The batteries just went out so I'd estimate with daily usage the batteries lasted about 6 months. I thought it was a bit pricey but I'm so happy with it totally worth it.

This product is good for an emergency but does not provide enough light to comfortably read by under normal conditions.

This lamp is good looking and well built. It is heavy enough to never worry about tipping over. And, it provides a decent amount of light onto my desktop.

This lamp is sturdy and heavy, and looks nice. But the quality and placement of the felt on the bottom is lacking, and the plug is basically a home-repair design that installs easily at the factory, but is not sturdy; why would they cheapen the plug instead of using a standard one?

Item arrived undamaged, but with a minor flaw in the green tint, a small air bubble, and of course it was on the front. Not enough of a bother to me to return it, just a manufacturing defect.

This is the second replacement I have had to purchase, my fault I broke them. However, they seem very fragile

and if you move or ship the lamp, I have one word for you, BUBBLEWRAP.

I purchased this replacement shade for a lamp at work that was knocked over; with shipping, it was slightly less expensive than buying an exact replacement for the entire lamp. The shade size fit the lamp, although I went through a fair amount of hassle to disassemble and reassemble the socket and wiring, and then to position the new glass securely without risking over-tightening and breaking it. The new shade looks OK from a distance--it is a few shades of green lighter than the original glass. There were some small flaws (bubbles) in the outer green surface of the glass that are definitely noticeable close-up. For our office's purposes, it works, but be aware of possible manufacturing flaws if you're purchasing this for your own home and really care about the quality.

The replacement shade is about 2 to 3 shades lighter than the original and is very apparent in its reduced quality. Its edges are very rough and cheap looking.

Item arrived undamaged, but with a minor flaw in the green tint, a small air bubble, and of course it was on the front, a manufacturing defect. (notice I cut and pasted from another) when ordering make sure to order the right size (use a measuring device)

I saw some think this was hard to put on, well, not really, you will have to take the lamp partia apart but it was simple, just don't tighten down on the screw too hard, glass is brittle by nature.

This one was lighter weight than the ones I buy in the store. Be care not to go over the 40 watt recommended bulb size as the shade is plastic.

When this arrived it was broken. The switch was clearly not assembled correctly and was in pieces. Given how inexpensive the item was it was hardly worth the effort to return. It went directly to the trash. Lesson is = you get what you pay for.

This is the second set of these lights I've purchased. They're easy to install, look good and the LED's provide plenty of light. The connectors work well and the lights are metal. I purchased and installed the first set last summer and the current set about three months ago. Can't find anything to complain about, which is just the way I like it.

Honest reviews on Malibu 8409-1901-06 Modern Light LED LV Kit, Brown, 6-Piece

We'd been looking for landscape lights for some time. Most were much more expensive than these. We decided on these lights because we liked the price and that they were LED. We weren't so much concerned with the curb appeal as functionality because they were for the back of the house. However, they look great and we've not noticed any increase in our power bill.

One light does not work anymore. There is no way to change the bulb as everything is sealed. I overpaid for a LED system because I didnt want to change the bulbs on a regular set. I guess I was wrong about LED lights.

EDIT: at month #7, another bulb died. BUYER BEWARE! A waste of $120 and countless hours installing the system.

What can I say about this lampshade that it doesn't say about itself? It is a lampshade. It's square and each side is 12 inches long. The faux silk material is pleated as shown in the picture, looks very classy.

I bought this shade to top a custom lamp base that I made as a gift for a family member. For only $36 I would absolutely buy this again for another project or to replace a shade in my own home.

Pale Pink Chinese/Japanese Paper Lantern/Lamp 20" Diameter - Just Review

Customer Ratings:

Pretty sturdy for paper, and a nice, big beach-ball sized lamp. I've had mine for at least a year, and the way it's holding up, I'll enjoy it for years to come. In general, hanging lamps make cleaning easier: don't have to move it to vacuum like a floor lamp and don't have to wipe it down like a table lamp. A quick dust every half year or so, and it's clean.

Buy SE Magnifying Lamp, Swing Arm

Customer Ratings:

this item work good.one thing i am not sure about is the part where the light is.it does'nt stay up in a horizontal position.its always down. i have to hold it in any position that i want to use.

i don't know if it was made that so that you can adjust easily or it has a fault.

the clamp need to be improve on.

I received my lamp on time and it was exactly what I was expecting for the cheap price. It works good, the magnification is good. If you order this just be prepared to screw it down to were you are going to locate it.The clamp it comes with does not hold it down good enough. But it has four holes in the base part of the clamp housing. After trying to secure it to my computer desk with just the clamp I could see it needed help to hold it on so I put four screws in the base and it is solid now. It says you can use a screw in type fluorescent bulb but I tried that and the base of the fluorescent bulb is to wide for it to screw in far enough for it to make contact with the bottom of the socket and would not light up.Thank You Jack's Tool Shed for fast and efficient service.
