There was some packaging problem....I received only the lamp shade. The actual lamp never arrived. I ordered a replacement but the same thing happened a second time. I still would like the lamp but was issued a refund since it seemed probable this might happen again. (A third? lamp shade).

I love this lamp! I do have to say that the shade is darker gray than I expected, but it is lovely with the silver base. The gray really shows up when the light is on. The package arrived in a timely manner, and the lamp arrived in great shape.
