Item description is not correct on the bulb size. The instructions with the lamp say 60W max (or 13W CF), not 100W. There is a concrete weight within the base but the bottom edge of the concrete is visible when the lamp is on the table. The concrete has been painted black but it is definitely noticable and detracts from the appearance. Either the concrete weight should have been thinner or the metal lamp base deeper so that it covered it completely. Also, the item description does not mention that the switch for the lamp is on the cord, rather than a typical lamp switch up near the bulb. It is also odd that there is almost 2 feet of cord between the lamp base and the cord switch. With the lamp on a table, the switch is almost on the floor. The lamp is decent but probably not worth the price. I may end up sending it back.

I bought this lamp from Amazon. I must say that the lamp IS MADE OF GLASS, not plastic pieces as stated by the last review. I have found the lamp to be true to the picture posted, with the knowledge that when lit the glass will be another color, but is true to picture. I like the lamp, it is very unique and cool looking when lit. I did replace the base bulb with a floresent bulb with more light output. All in all this lamp is beautiful, and has added to my decor.

The lamps are well done, in glass, with only some minor awkwardness in their construction. The bases are made of resin, rather than bronze or bronzed metals. But, these are not thousand dollar lamps. The price here is pretty much wholesale, which is really bad business for their wholesale customers, but great for the retail consumer.

Well made lamp that will brighten up your room. Also serves as a very nice nightlight. If you love Tiffany stained glass this is an excellent buy.

Honest reviews on Chloe Lighting CH18G275DT 3 Light Dragonfly Double Lit Table Lamp

I love the looks of this lamp, but the quality is poor. There is something wrong with the solder..it is very brittle and easily breaks off. The lamp in turn is fragile..even when dusting. I should have known when the first one arrived broken off at base...but didn't heed!

When I opened the box, the lamp was bigger and more beautiful than I had expected.

I put it in my living room window and it lights up so beautifully at night.

When I go to sleep I leave the bottom lit and it glows so nicely.

I'm enjoying it !!! and is everyone driving by !!

The lamp base itself is nice. Its exactly as pictured. The lamp shade is as pictured however the first one I got (I havent received the second yet) would be what I consider to be a manufacturers second. The fabric is flawed. Its bunched in certain areas and is basically unfixable. But I'll live with it for the time until I go out and buy a replacement shade. Its really disturbing how bad it really is. If you were to see this in a b&m you'd pass on the lamp based on the quality of the shade (or at least ask for a discount).

The overall purchasing experience related to this product: The Amazon wesite stated "hurry only two left in stock". So I hurried :) and ordered the last two. So what happens? They ship one. The other is yet to ship. I'm certain it will (at least I hope) but my intent was to order the "set" to have them available in my guest bedroom for some soon to be arriving guests. Well I guess that wont be happening.

I will update this review when I receive the second lamp to comment on the condition of the shade.

I was surpised how nice the lamps looked in person when I put them on my end tables. They are very nice and the design goes with my home perfectly. They were smaller at the base than my old lamps so I had more room for photos too. I also like the three way lighting for softness for watching TV or more lighting for reading. The shades were also good as they didnt' tip and provided lots of light to shine through.

I didn't expect a fantastic lamp at the price I paid, so I rate it "not terrible." It's shinier than it looks in the picture, but that may just be my computer. The lampshade doesn't come down quite far enough to suit me, with too much of the socket showing. Also, in spite of what looked like adequate packaging, it was slightly bent. Not bad enough to send back, but certainly far from perfect. It's difficult for me to go out to shop and I needed to replace a lamp that had broken. So, it's satisfactory, but definitely not worth more than 3 stars. It looks better in the picture than in person.

Honest reviews on ORE International 6119IV 26-Inch Ceramic Table Lamp, Ivory

I really do like the look of this lamp and it fits in perfectly. However, the lamp shade was not made properly, as someone else mentioned, so an entirely new lamp had to be sent to me. I then return the original shade and lamp and all is well. Just a bit of inconvenience. Do watch out for the shade.

These are not super great quality lamps, but they are good for the price. They are VERY lightweight, so I would not put them in any room where there is a risk of them being tipped over by children. I have them in my bedroom and have almost tipped them over a couple of times. When the lamps arrived the shades were a bit misshapen so I had to work on them to get them looking okay. Overall, they do the job and were inexpensive.

I ordered these several weeks ago to use this Christmas. They have been in my windows about a week, and I could not be more pleased. Although they are lightweight, they are made very well. I know these will last many years.

These are the nicest lights I have found for Christmas. The sensor feature is great and works well. It is nice to have the lights on when you come home. The plastic twin pack wrapping is convenient for after the season storage. The brushed steel lamps are light but not cheap. Since I will use them year after year it was a worthwhile investment.

Review of Dale Tiffany TT60574 Donavan Table Lamp, Mica Bronze and Art Glass

I've been looking for a Tiffany Style lamp to use in my 1920s Bungalow for a few years now. Finally settled on this lamp, and was nervous about the purchase since there were no other reviews. If I had seen the lamp in person before purchase, I would've taken a closer look, and most likely passed due to the materials used even though I like the look, and from afar you can't really tell it's not glass, I was looking for something more high quality and thought the price range insured higher quality materials than were used.

Shade coloring was same as image. The bottom of the shade is a deep purplish color, background is a yellow/beige, leaves are green, berries are goldish/red/brownish...they vary. Base is a antiqued oil rubbed bronze coloring. Shade isn't glass as it's described, it's more of a plexiglass/painted plastic (guess that's the how you define "art glass"), and based on weight and texture I'm not sure it's soldering not sure what it's made of. I really like the look of the shade, but I'm very disappointed that it's not actual glass. Again, I'm also disappointed in the price considering the quality of the materials...for that price, I expected a true stained glass shade.

The packaging was awful. I was really nervous when I first saw it because the box was torn in several places, and I was worried the glass would be cracked...explains why it didn't have a fragile sticker on it. The styrofoam packaging was completely crumbling apart, and the cardboard box easily ripped when I was handling it. If I decide to return it, I'm concerned the box won't be sturdy enough.

Again, based on the price, had much higher expectations.

Reviews of Minka-Lavery T12335-206 Table Lamp 1-150W Aston Court Bronze Aston

Customer Ratings:

We've had these lamps now for a year and love them. They are very heavy and tall, so be sure you note the height for your table size and room. The small crystals add a very nice touch. We also bought the matching torchiere lamp. We're using these lamps in our bedroom, on the bedtables on each side of the bed. We really love the bronze look; also, the shade color when the lamp is on is very nice and luxurious. The quality is excellent !

I thought that this would be a wonderful product but the ordering process was a nightmare. I have never seen a more intentionally deceptive process in all my online ordering history. Before you can submit your order it takes you through their entire product line of 15 20 items. What's more, the website did not let me confirm the order before it processed the order. I attempted to order two lights as a buy one get one free plus extra postage and handling which should have amounted to just under $29. I recieved my email soon after indicating that I had ordered four lights at a cost of $49.80 and postage and handling amounted to $41.50. When I inquired with customer service I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours to upload to the system. Over three days later it finally appeared on the third party Customerstatus.com website but it doesn't provide any way to cancel the order. Now I am forced to call my credit card company to cancel the charge.

The electrical parts of this are very cheap. The light cuts on and off as you move, must be bad connections or cheap parts. The light isn't very bright, especially not by today's standard.

However, the magnets are pretty strong.

Good luck.

Not impressed with this at all. The flashlight takes 4 watch-style batteries. It will be cheaper to buy a new one than to replace them. Personally, I hate products like that. It does seem to work as described strong magnetic head and stretches a good distance. I just find myself never using it because I don't want to waste the batteries.

Honest reviews on Bell & Howell iScope Light

I plan to add a video review when I have time. I saw this on TV and thought it would be great for me! I am under 5' tall and reaching cans is problematic at best. Today we saw them at Fred Meyers for just $10 and without any thought it went in the basket. It's not at all like on the commercial. It is only going to pick up smaller lighter cans without droping them on the way down. So if you like your feet, face or countertops/stovetop you shouldn't plan on it for that use. A 10oz can of soup it can pick up with a smaller percentage of drop. That is if can is loaded upside down and you are very carefull not to bump it at all! Cans 14 or 15oz like veggies, fruit, raviolli are going to drop off the magnet 1/2 way down most pick-ups. Great concept, poor magnet strength. The telescope is not all that long. I thought from the comercial it would be 25-30" but it is only 18-22" depending if you have the end hooked or not. Also disappointing. It does not hold it's own weight, on my fridge at least. We will keep it anyway and I'll try to get my boys to put the smaller cans higher and upside down, it may help a little. My husband does think it will be nice for picking up screws if they fall while working. The light is not great but not bad either. It's barely worth the $10, definately not worth the $39 currently listed as the price here.

As I recall, the TV ad said the magnet would hold 2 or 2.5 pounds?!? It will hold 8oz just fine, and 12-16 oz's if you can get the magnet absolutely flat. I'm in a wheelchair, and it works fine for yanking cans off the top shelf at the grocery store or pantry, but you've gotta catch them on the way down, manual dexterity is required. Makes shopping/cooking a little easier, but not a whole lot. Good point, it's nice and compact, and does extend to the length promised.

I loved this light the moment I set eyes on it in a store. When it arrived from Amazon, it was just the right thing for my redecorated downstairs. I purchased this lamp a year ago and I am very happy with it. The lamp looks exactly as pictured and arrived well packaged. This is my first experience with a lamp made of resin. It has a warm look and a heavy and durable feel. The shade is made of a soft material that resembles suede and it casts a warm glow. The lamp is tall and substantial; take note of the dimensions to make sure it will work in your space.

Discount Living Accents 17988-000 Desk Lamp Gooseneck, 14.17", Steel

Customer Ratings:

For the price, this lamp is a great bargain. It is a solid lamp, rather than the flimsy plastic ones I've been seeing recently. My daughter is using it in her dorm room. The lamp not only gives off bright light, using a standard 60 watt bulb, but has two additional outlets built right in! In dorm rooms there are never enough outlets so this feature has been quite handy.

This is not a style that you see every day, so it caught my eye. I upgraded my put-it-together-yourself partical-board desk from Staples with a grown up version desk from Raymour & Flanigan so I wanted to add some class and purchase a real desk lamp as well. You can tilt the lamp, raise and lower the height, you don't roast as it does no throw off heat like some desk lamps I have had in the past. Very stylish and very pleased with my new desk lamp.

I bought this lamp to be used as a reading lamp next to a leather chair in the corner, the polished chrome reflector inside makes it really bright. The bronze painted finish is very nice, the weight is just right, it is dimensionally stable and the adjustable height is great. It looks like a more expensive lamp, you can find them elsewhere for twice what you pay on Amazon, but why? You may want to use a white frosted bulb to reduce glare, the one we are using (to use up) is clear which is overly bright.

It is a nice lamp, but quite oversize for a standard desk and is not very adaptable (as you cab guest for the design). Fortunately, it fits in my place.

The worst is that the lamp came with a big scratch. Additionally, it is not really well finished. So... ***, maybe better **, if we thinking that is not a cheap lamp.

Review of New Gorgeous Seaweed White Glass Table Lamp- 1684

Customer Ratings:

Not quite sure what it's made of, feels plasticky. The lamp gets its "stained glass" effect from some brownish staining, which is only on one "leaf," so pretty poorly executed. Packing was ok but did not prevent one of the back panels from splitting. Light bulb a struggle to insert properly. It also comes covered in oil. The instructions say that this is the case, to "protect" the leading, but really, I think one extra manufacturing step would be to buff the lamp properly, rather than the buyer finding herself coated in grease. It serves its purpose as a night light and is reasonably attractive, but I wouldn't buy it again overpriced.
