My husband and I bought 2 of these lamps for a bedroom. One came damaged...part of one of the scrolls had not been painted and was raw metal. We sent one back and got another; the replacement one had a chunk of brown paint fall off of a bottom scroll. The lamps also had to be put together; the holes don't line up so the base is not quite symmetrical. Will never buy a Fangio light again.

This lamp was perfect for my guest bedroom. Relatively small, but exactly what I was looking for. Good quality and SO EASY to assemble. Would recommend!

First I have to say this is a BEAUTIFUL and unique lamp. I bought 2 for my bedroom. It takes regular light bulbs (which I wasn't sure of based on the description, and the fact that they are not made in the USA). The 2 issues I have are with the quality. You have to assemble this lamp. There is a frame that sits inside the shade that the crystals hang from. 2 of the predrilled holes weren't drilled through so I had to get someone to drill them through for me. After breaking 2 bits, he finally got through. There are 5 different styles of strands of crystals that alternate around. One of the strand types (with a rectangle crystal on the end)had a hole drilled through at the bottom. It looks like there is supposed to be another crystal attached, but there isn't. It was like this on both lamps, so I don't know if that's the way it's supposed to be or not. Anyway, I am keeping the lamps, because the price I paid on here was really inexpensive and unless you are inspecting the lamps close up you don't notice the tiny drill holes.

This lamp is so pretty and special with its night light. My daughter uses it daily, and sleeps with the night light on. The lamp gives great light. One warning if the lampshade becomes tilted, the bulb can burn it (it happened to us). I turned that side to the back, but it wasn't really a solution. Since there are so few lamps with night lights built in, I think we were lucky to find it. Now if I can only get another shade...

Wish they weren't so expensive however. As I get older I find that I need more light to see things clearly. This produces a very bright white light and remains cool to the touch. I will get more when the price comes down.

I read in bed and have used this lamp for a few nights. The lamp clips easily to the headboard, throws a good light on what I am reading, and while the off-on knob is stiff I think this will become easier with time. While I am satisfied with the lamp, buyers should be aware that the up and down range for the light is limited, possibly about 20 degrees; and there is no sideways adjustment, so the light must be clipped directly above the reader's shoulder. This works for me but possibly not for all headboards.

Mine was broken around the rim inside the box...so sending back....light seems

like a good buy but make sure to measure your headboard as this will NOT fit most..mine

is not that big..barely an inch and a half that this would NOT fit on it....it wont open wide enough. I would think the lamp would be fine for a small desk or anything that is not over an inch and a half thick.

I read other reviews and decided to gamble. Received lamp, switch was defective

lucky for me it was broken in the on position didn't have to remove switch,thought about sending it back,but would have cost 68% of what I paid for it. No guarantee new one would be serviceable. For $3.50 I installed a inline switch,measured from the headboard to a handy position,and IMHO actually improved the function. Light works great,another review say no side adjustment, 20% tilt,mine rotates left and right & tilts 20%. He was right about the tilt. He must have got a damaged one too. Look at all the reviews, fairly high % of problems with this lamp.

I don't think LAMPS PLUS makes these, Just sells them. A little better quality control & this would be a nice little reading Lamp.

I think I will just stick with products only sold by amazon and is qualified for Prime. Purchased from Amazon seller, Lamps Plus

Misleading picture I just received these buffet lamps today and they look completely different than I was expecting. In the photo, the base clearly looks black with brown accents, brown marble at the base, and brown shade. These lamps are a MAROON BURGUNDY COLOR, nowhere near black. Since my room is brown and red the maroon color clashes and looks awful. Do not order this lamp set if you are expecting black. If you want burgundy and brown lamps, then you might be happy with this purchase.

Buyer beware: These lamps came in several pieces and each piece was packed tightly into styrofoam and wrapped with plastic and shipping tape. It was quite time consuming cutting everything out of the styrofoam, cutting the tape and cutting all the plastic off. There is no way to repack this lamp the way it was shipped because you have to destroy the packing foam to get it out. I'm not sure how I'm going to return this now.

Also, these lamps are HUGE. I would really suggest taking measurements before you order these because they are much larger/taller than typical buffet lamps.

I ordered this set of lamps for my son and daughter-in-law's new home. They are beautiful. The color fits their color scheme perfectly. A floor lamp to match would be lovely, but have not found one. You can not go wrong with this set of lamps. The price is right too!!

These lamps are a little cheesy in the quality, but ok for the money. I searched many places for many months for a tall lamp, tan/brown in color for a reasonable amount of money....When I got them, I too noticed, that they were in multiple pieces and had to be assembled. Normally, this isn't a problem, except like the other reviewer stated, the threads are slightly off and may not align. I placed the one that didn't look as perfect on the opposite side of the bed (farther out of my view). Overall, it's not bad, but I ended up buying a set of much higher quality for a couple of bucks more from Costco and moved these to another room.

My eyes are getting older and with that my ability to focus on small items just needs more light. I have also started working with electronic circuits these things are tiny and precision on these is measured in millimeters so I also needed a magnifier. With that said getting both items in the same package was just a bonus. The light is bright the magnification glass is clear and easy to focus where I need it. And the LED lights don't heat up like halogen. The only thing I would change is the Magnifier cover. There should be a way to keep it open without removing it from the light very minor but it is annoying.

Excellent light for my work desk. Ample light to light up the small connectors and small screws The horizontal positioning is retcheting so angling the light is easily accomp0lished. The cover over the lens helps keeping dust out of the optic.

I bought this lamp to replace a small brass lamp used as night-time illumination in a dark hallway. It's a little bigger and brighter than I wanted (even with a 4W bulb) but it's ok. The only real problem with it is that the in-line switch is very stiff and hard to turn.

Just what I've been looking for~

I bought the Greenland Home Antique Rose Bonus Quilt Set, Full/Queen, and I have been looking for bed side lamps for EVER. I wanted something cheap, vintage style, not too bright, not too tall, not too bulky, that matched the pulls on my furniture and about a million other things that made them impossible to find, or so I thought.

Then, I stumbled across these.

I use a 4 watt bulb in these, and if they're both lit, they give the room a nice glow. We don't read in bed, it's more of a find your way and then turn it off when your in bed light. With one on it's the perfect my little girl had a nightmare and now she's glued to my bed and my room light. With a brighter bulb, you can read I did test a bunch of different wattages to see what did what. These are powerhouse little lights at an amazing price.

The lamp is very beautiful and of good quality. The shipping was fast (5 business days). Note: in lamp description it says uses one 100-watt bulb, but in reality it is two 60-watt bulbs with three-way switch. But that is the feature that I would rather have. I would definitely recommend this product.
