It was packed very well, however, one of the bulbs arrived smashed to smithereens! All others were OK. nOT TO WORRY, I JUST WENT TO THE HARDWARE STORE & BOUGHT A 2-PACK OF THE 25 WATT BULBS. tHEY ARE A LITTLE TALLER. Got this for christmas for my husband for his man cave. He loves nice pictures of sceneries and deer. Looked very nicely in the room. Love that it is a touch lamp and has 3 different lightens. Didn't feel totally secure with the glass being put in though against the metal. Some edges had little nicks in it even before I put in the glass.

I was very happy to find this lamp. My room is decorated with deer and I've been wanting a lamp, but wasn't able to find any deer ones that I liked for the longest time.

So I was very eager to snatch this up and was stalking my door, waiting for it to arrive.

When it came, all the pieces were there and it was fairly easy to assemble. It's very sturdy and looks great anywhere you put it.

I love the size of the lamp and the workmanship the only problem is it takes 3ea 25 watts bulbs and the instructions say you can't use anything bigger and that is not bright enough with what you have.

I've got this up over the kitchen sink of our 1940's farm house. I'm quite happy with it in almost everyway. Its good quality but I have decided that the globe is ever so slightly crooked when hanging. Yet I must emphasize that it is ever so slightly slanted and only at the larger glass globe. Very very nice and yes I would order it again.

I've had this light up for more then 6 months and still like it as much as when I first ordered it.

These are the nicest lights I have found for Christmas. The sensor feature is great and works well. It is nice to have the lights on when you come home. The plastic twin pack wrapping is convenient for after the season storage. The brushed steel lamps are light but not cheap. Since I will use them year after year it was a worthwhile investment.

I will start off by saying that the look of this lamp is awesome! It matches my entire apartment (I have a small studio so not a lot of room). I have zebra bedding, black couch, zebra bathroom, etc. so this looks amazing next to my bed. Not only did this item "wow" me with the sound, as I was expecting much lower quality since I owned another speaker lamp a few years ago that was not made very well, but it also has many other useful functions. The instructions were a little confusing at first, but I was able to figure it out pretty quickly. It has a wake-up light that turns on when the alarm goes off. The alarm also starts off low and gradually increases until you shut it off. Although that might be useful for some people, I could do without it since it takes me a good 10 minutes to actually get out of bed, BUT even better is that at night when I'm listening to music, I can set the sleep setting to turn off both the music and the light when I tell it to. In addition, there is the USB port in the back so I can charge my phone right next to me while I sleep. Before this I had a lamp plugged in one slot,and an alarm clock in the other so had to plug my phone in across the room. This solved that problem. All in all, I would definitely recommend this lamp.

Though the product is called a table lamp, this is really more of a night light. It cannot take a high wattage bulb and is rather small. That being said, it works well as a night light for those midnight feedings and diaper changes.

It is a modern and nice looking lamp but I had quite a few issues with it which forced me to return the item. First of all I have to say that it was not sold by Amazon but by a company named Stack and Stack through Amazon in backed by Amazon guarantee which puts a lot of pressure on small firms to handle returns properly.

The first thing you discover when open the box is a low quality styrofoam which breaks down when you touch it and creates mess on the floor. Lamp I got came without assembly instructions and some assembly part, as if they forgot to put the packet with those items into the box. I contacted Stack and Stack couple of times asking for missing parts and after couple of weeks manufacturer finally sent them to me. The next step was assembly there were no issues until I tried to to attach the glass shade on the top metal shade they simply did not match no matter how I arranged them. I contacted Stack and Stack again and sent them the picture and they contacted manufacturer couple of times. Manufacturer was insisting that I am doing something wrong. I tried few more times since liked the lamp and did not want to return it but to no avail. Eventually I said it's enough if I cannot return the item I will ask Amazon for a refund. At this point Lite Source agreed to issue RMA. Return process was painless I dropped the item at FedEx and after couple of week manufacturer admitted that the item was defective and Stack and Stack fully refunded the purchase. I give it three stars because it is fine product for the price minus one star for missing parts and one star for the defect.

I wasn't particularly looking for a lamp at the time since I needed other things also. I came across this by accident. Good decision since the quality is there. The bronze really stands out. I was worried about the height; but it looks good on the far corner of my desk. I used a clear bulb since I wanted a little more light at times. I then glued a dimmer switch to my desk pad that has a sliding bar which is easy to reach. Both cords are hidden which otherwise drives me crazy. It's worked out nicely. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this lamp for the work space where I do nail art. The fact that it is freestanding is great, as a clamp-on would not work for me. The magnifying lens is made of plastic and is a disappointment. I may use it occasionally but not very often. As for this daylight quality of the bulb, I don't really get it. To my perception, it makes colors look kind of unnatural. Better than fluorescent light, though. The storage compartment on the base could be handy, but the top part does not fit very snugly and is very easy to knock off....not a good thing if you have stuff sitting on it. The adjustable arm of the lamp gives you a decent amount of flexibility in placement of the light, so that's a plus. The bulb gets warm when it's on for a while but not so hot that you would worry about the housing melting. This lamp is usable but if you are looking for something mainly for a good magnifier, spend a little more.

This is just the lamp I have been looking for. It fits just right on my creafts table and I am able to use the Magnifer for my crafts that I need to have close work. The lamp and Magnifer are easy to move into place. Easy to put together.

This lamp is gorgeous in a minimalistic, modern, clean, semi-industrial fashion. It was easy to assemble, gives a great quality of light through the shade, and, even better, is height adjustable. The little lever on the side is functional and gives quite a bit of variation in height. It seems as if you get at least a foot, if not more, of variation in height the lamp can be set at. The chrome is shiny and looks great. The shade is a nice vanilla/white hue. The shade is a bit wide though, so check the dimensions of where you want to locate it before you order. It fits where we wanted, but I looked at the measurements and was still a little surprised when we got it set up. Not that it looks bad. The proportion of shade to lamp is perfect. Just the shade does have a larger diameter than is common. The shade is perfect height to black light going right into your eyes while walking by it or laying on a couch near it, but still lets a very nice quality of light out the top and bottom. I'm really, really pleased with this product. I always worry when ordering something like this online, but I am incredibly happy. Easy assembly, great finish, great light, looks better in person. Very happy! Goes perfect with the matching floor lamp too! We got both and again, so happy we did.
