Worked great right out of the box. Full charge in about 8 hours. Brightest LED lantern I've ever seen. I put "I like it" only because I just got it. We'll see how it holds up. I might love it. Very fast shipment from China. Packaging was minimal. Just wrapped, no outer box. Primary box pretty beat up by the time it got to Michigan.
