I wanted a smallish lamp for the bedside table for reading and the like. This one fit the bill perfectly it has a pretty small footprint on the table and with the adjustable neck you can direct the light wherever you need it most. It has two outlets on the base excellent idea! I can charge the Blackberry and the Kindle at the same time without trying to reach an outlet at the bottom of the wall every time.Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
I've ordered a number of different lamps, Lightbeam 1350, Pablo Designs LINK and Canoco. I like this one the best. It's the brightest and most adjustable. It would be perfect if it had light temperature control and a detected on/off switch. This model you have to touch the lowest setting on the lamp to turn it off.Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
It's a very nice stylish lamp. I really like the look and shape. The only thing is, it was a little annoying to put together. I had trouble screwing the lamp shade part on to the stand and getting it to STAY! It would loosen up and wobble. You have to be very delicate with it and all the pieces. Just takes some patience.Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
We bought two of these lights for our kitchen. I really liked the rounded curves and the low profile (it hangs only about 5" from the ceiling). It's modern, but with a softer look because of the curves. Hubby was able to install it pretty easily, despite the lack of instructions. Luckily, hubby was also able to identify the bulbs needed (as others have reported, no bulbs are included, and the instructions don't identify the bulb needed) -it's the skinny base candlelabra incandescent (not halogen or LED). Each socket can take up to 60 watts, which you'll need. We tried 40W, and it wasn't bright enough for task lighting in the kitchen.Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
I was looking for a cheap solution to light a storage unit I own. While this doesn't provide abundant light, it is perfectly adequate, and can be repositioned quickly and easily. The clip on bracket is strong and stays in position. Happy with the purchase.Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
Very good value for the product. Using it as the light fixture behind a metal sculpture. Produced the desired effect. Just enough space to use a CFL 60 watt equivalent bulb.Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
I use this on my kitchen counter when using an electric skillet to vent the "steam" out the kitchen window. I receive a lot of nice comments from guests when they notice it on my counter.Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
I really like this lamp. It came well packaged and is quite pretty. Also very tall, as promised, which was exactly what I needed so that enough light would come from the end table over the arm of the sofa and onto the couch where I like to sit and read. I especially love having so many choices for the lighting lighting--the main (100watt) bulb turns on or off independent of the others, and the 3 smaller lights (40 watt bulbs, standard base, not small) also work as one individual, two together or three together--plus the main bulb. This gives great versatility for lighting--dim for "atmosphere" or watching television in a somewhat darkened room or very bright for reading (the shade as you see, is well positioned to cast the light in a wide arc, not cut off as with many table lamps. I really liked it--and it looks just like the picture, imo, like a bronze base even though it is actually plaster (I'm sure necessary to keep it at this reasonable price). Very happy with it. 5 stars. (Only one possible negative: I don't think the new style of lightbulbs--the curved low-wattage conservation ones--would work with this lamp. But if you use the bulbs it requires, it works, imo, very very well.)
