This is a pretty cool lamp. Use it for a night light in the front room. Only glitch is, the description says it has an Amber color shell. ( We had one before and it was Amber color ) This guy arrived with an Orange color shell. No big deal, but seller should state the "real" shade.

I have had this lamp for years now. It works great as a night light and was perfect in my son's room when he was a newborn, creating enough light for me to feed or change him, but it wasn't jarring like a regular lamp, giving off a really nice warm glow. My son is almost four now and uses it nightly in his room to go to sleep. We have moved over 10 times and it has never broken and I have only had to replace the bulb once. Sorry to hear the other reviewer had two break, but we have honestly never had a problem.

This is a gorgeous little lamp. However, the glass shade breaks and I haven't been able to find a replacement. Actually, I need two replacements. Any suggestions welcome!

I have these in my master bath because I was looking for something alittle out of the ordinary. They are very attractive. Note they do not take regular light bulbs which for some people may be an inconvenience. I purchased two three bulb fixtures and one two bulb fixture it is a very large bathroom. They coordinate well with other brushed nickel hardware and fixtures.

Quality is great. It is easy to change the bulb which is so important. My previous lights had screws under neath which were hard to see or reach. These you just unscrew from the top......fabulous.

Reviews of KNG 1963 Corvette Stingray Lamp

Customer Ratings:

I purchased this item at a cost of $180 and only 4 weeks later it stopped working, no sound, no light no nothing! I called the telephone numbers on the warrantee card and they are no longer working. I have nearly six addresses for this company and not really sure where to send it back. Needless to say, I'm pissed off and out $180!

Shipping package good and arrived ahead of schedule. It takes one or two days to settle down and work flawlessly. VERY COOL on initial start up has kind of a Crab Nebula thing going. Reminds me of the Lava Lamps of my youth except now I watch it during tedious conference calls at work. I recommend this product and vendor.

My friends and I love this lava lamp. It looks cool and people are always so entertained. The lava lamp is reb and blue instead of yellow and blue, but that's just as fine. It was also shipped super fast. I ordered it on a Monday night and it was here by Wednesday.

I thought I sent a certain color combination of this lamp to my neice but she received a different color. Didn't matter to her so that worked out. More importantly, this lamp looks great, the liquid is nice and clear and the solids really move around. Be careful, it does get hot though.

Honest reviews on Groovy Yellow and Blue Motion Lamp

The squiggle glass gives this lamp more visual appeal, and the plastic base and cap fit snugly and don't require hot pads to protect what it's sitting on. The wax and water colors are visibly different. We got the blue and green lamp, as we had ordered, and it arrived with the wax balled tightly and the light bulb broken. A REPLACEMENT BULB IS HARD TO FIND. You need a 30w 120v reflector with an intermediate base. We tried a 25w bulb, and the wax barely moved. I have ordered 2 bulbs ($9 for 2 bulbs, $9 for shipping) from (...)

I was wanting a lava lamp, so went on amazon to see what was available. I was looking at the old school version and reading the reviews, noticing the stars were low and reviews weren't very good, when I noticed this lamp had high stars and good reviews,Groovy Yellow and Blue Motion Lamp so I went with it, and I'm here to tell you, I love this lamp. It's perfect. Doesn't take up too much room, easy to turn on, just the right amount of light, and soothing.

I love this lamp. It is tall and wide and perfectly fits the space it is in. It is very convenient to have 3 bulbs as well. The colors are beautiful and I like that One bulb can brighten that side of the room.

This is the most gorgeous tiffany lamp I have ever seen. It has been advertised to have 2 bulb slots, but it actually has 3. It is beautiful even when unlit, but when lighted it is spectacular, and very large. The cabochons on this lamp look like jewels. It is the most beautiful lamp I've ever seen. It is very solid, and very well made. It's just gorgeous!!!

I just purchased this lamp today. My salesperson told me that it took a 3-way bulb! Not sure if he was wrong, or if mine is defective. I would really prefer if it did take a 3-way so that I could keep the light on all evening without anyone being in the room.

Fun concept. It works well for close up projects. A little tricky to install. And I wish the finish was a pewter or brushed nickle, but all in all, I'm very happy with this light.

PLEASE NOTE that this is not a review of any experience I have had with Amazon. This is a review of my experince with this particular lamp.

After some husband wife negotiations on which lamp we would purchase we settled on this model. At home, when I took it out of the box and placed it on the table, it was immediately clear that the lamp was not plumb meaning that the top and bottom were not vertically inline with each other. I confirmed this with my framing square and discovered there was about a 1/4 inch difference basically the lamp leans to one side like that famous tower in Italy even though the base was firm and flat on the tabletop.

I took the lamp back for replacement and the staff at the store was very helpful but the new lamp was almost 1/2 an inch out of plumb even worse than the original.

I measured a total of 4 lamps before leaving the store and all of them leaned horribly.

Needless to say the lamp was returned.

Discount Trend Lighting TT7300 Brushed Nickel Table Lamp from the Precision

Customer Ratings:

Well constructed. Except that the rotary switch handle is very long making it difficult to grasp because it almost touches the inside of the shade. It would be easy to grasp if it had faced sideways on the long axis of the shade. In any case, its length caused the thin switch stem to bend after a few uses.

I solved both problems and made the lamp dimmable by adding a good quality, but inexpensive, dimmer inside the base. The dimmer (Westek 00182 6077B Light Fixture Dimmer) is available from Amazon.

Buy Antler Lamps with Deer Shade

Customer Ratings:

A great lamp and a very nice shade for the price. A little smaller than expected, but you can't beat the look of the lamp at this price. Instead of high tech lamps at your local commercial retail store, I bought 4 of these lamps for the office to give it more of a outdoorsy feel. You can't beat it. A great buy and the office looks great now.
