The lamp is about 18 inches high and about 8 wide and widest point of shade.

The shade is a laughable to the nth degree. The glue to hold it on is none existent.

I was really surprised at what I got for what I paid. I wanted a nice light but didn't want to pay 300+. It's bigger then I thought it would be. The lamp shades are plastic but those are replaceable later if I feel the need. It has a small (maybe 3 inch) pull cord on one end. It has a push switch with a three prong plug also but the cord is a bit small so expect to use an extension cord if you're not going to wire into the ceiling. It doesn't weigh very much so a couple of hooks, drywall screws (anchors), or other typical drywall hanging hardware will do just fine. I went with 3 100 watt cfl builbs and that seems perfect. Anything less will probably seem dim.

Excelent pool table light and for a great price, a little too difficult to install but looks great match with my pool table, happy with my purchase.

Honest reviews on Trademark Premium 60 Inch 3 Shade Billiard Lamp Blue and Silver

I love the look of this light. It is much larger than I imagined but looks great over our pool table. My husband hard wired it so it operates with a light switch. It still has a switch on the cord for the option of turning it off or on. The only drawback was installation was very tedious and the lack of instructions no help at all. So... once you finally get it installed, you'll love it.

Cheap Ott-Lite Clamp-on Task Light

Customer Ratings:

I swear by Ott-lights as I have vision problems and work at desk/computer at all times of day/night. This light allows me to easily move the lighting around where I need it and I always customize the base(s) by securing directly to my corner desk/wood raised monitor station with screws. Wonderful product. Replacement of the bulbs isn't often, and they are a bit tough to change-out but well worth it.

I work from home at a desk so you know the scattering of notes and papers that are laying around. The small room has one light that is behind me on the ceiling making for shadows and low light in front of me where I need light the most. I had been using a desk model Ott-Lite for some time and loved the even cool light but really needed something with flexibility that I could swing around where needed.

I have had the Ott-Lite Clamp-On Task Light for a few weeks now. There was some assembly required but no tools were needed and the parts fit perfectly in place. So far I'm impressed. The light is even and cool with only a few seconds warm up time on the bulb. Considering it is made from plastic, it does not have a cheesy feel and stability is really good. When you move it to a new position it stays right in place. The revolving bulb hood is also adjustable and also stays in place no matter where you aim it. The unit does not flop down suddenly or creep over time. The clamp holds the light onto the desk edge securely with only hand tightening. It was nice recouping the space that the desktop model took up.

The light it projects is sweet and amazingly easy on the eyes. I can go the distance with much less eyestrain and without the free sunburn you get with most conventional or high intensity lamps.

I'm thinking that replacement bulbs might be expensive but my older desk unit is still pumping out light after a year of daily use without a bulb replacement so I'm not overly concerned about it.

Ott-Lite Clamp-on Task Light

Best Deals for Ott-Lite Clamp-on Task Light

This is the best desk lamp I ever had. I didn't have a place to clamp it on my computer desk so I put it on a desk next to it and the swivel works great. It also has a flexible arm and a head that rotates 180°. The lighting is fabulous because it is almost completely glare-free even with my glossy finish monitor. It also lessened my eye strain and the light is not harsh at all. I use the 13-watt VisionSaver light bulb and think the lighting is just right for computer use. The draw back I heard on the lamp was that it was expensive and the arm could break, but I have not had the arm break in about eight years. The price appears to have come down from when I bought it.

I really like Ott-lites. I use it in a medical office and it gives good, true color. Wish the bulbs weren't so expensive but they do last a pretty long time.

I bought 2 and they're definitely nice looking, but I noticed the "bronze" color (which looks black in the picture, but is actually a very dark brown with a "distressed" ring of dull gold around the edge) has scratched off in a couple places. Fortunately they were places that no one would notice, but it may be something to consider. The shades are greatthick and wavy with nice coloring. Overall, I'm happy.

Glass is irregular, looks classy and gives off lovely glow. The metal holder is trashy, but could be fixed with a bronze spray paint. Only 3 feet of cord is included. This is not enough for the average buyer, but could be fixed by a local electrician.

ordered 3 of these for over my bar in the kitchen. the globes are not perfectly formed, which i think makes them look handcrafted. it is somewhat difficult to change light bulbs, but i love the look.

We purchased 3 of these lights to hang over our kitchen bar.

They are well made and attractive.

The size of the frosted glass is perfect.

Not too big or too small.

The frosted glass is a nice, stylish, neutral color.

We are pleased!

The lamp arrived on time, in sturdy packaging. It is very easy to put together; it comes with instructions, but I didn't need to look at them. You just screw all the pieces of the pole together (this is easy because the cord is already threaded through them), stand it up, and then screw the lampshade on top. It took about 10 minutes. It feels heavy and well-made, and looks expensive. Very happy with this product.

I purchased this lamp after getting the exact same style and color in the table lamp. I think it is very nice, having exceptional height, just right for behind or next to living room furniture. I find even though the base is VERY heavy weight, that the lamp seems to be a bit top heavy, due to the huge size and weight of the glass shade. It is so pretty, I cannot believe my eyes. When it is turned off, however, it looks very dark, almost black, you cannot make out any of the beautiful details until the lamp is turned on. So needless to say, I am loving the evenings now! Each lamp has two pull chains and two light sockets. I think the price is great for a real tiffany lamp. These shades are very heavy glass. If I could afford it, I would love to buy another! Assembly is pretty basic, comes with good instructions. No tools required. Comes very well packaged.

I like the way it looks in the pictures, but I have to put it together and there is no guidelines, invoice, papers about the product...Nothing! This I find to be unacceptable considering the cost. I am 68+ and not that mechanical. A picture other than the one on the box would help. A brochure about the product would have been nice. I don't understand people who take "saving trees" to this extreme.Yes I know it seems simple, but I don't think I am asking too much.

I purchased one of these for my parents three years and have to say that it is a very striking piece. The lamp is made well and the workmanship is excellent. It is still working well as you'd imagine a lamp should. Just based on the look and design and what I've seen other lamps go for I would expect this to sell for quite a bit more, it really is a bargain at the price.

The bottom line is a high quality lamp at a great price, highly recommended.

I am so pleased with this product. It was imperative that I find one as the oldest son had one in his office, the younger son did not. So, for his birthday, I set out to find one just like his brother's. And VOILA!!!! Amazon had it for me. It looks great, was not damaged in shipping and will be a good surprise for that birthday coming up. This should also prevent sibling jealousy, too!! The quality seems to be good and I was very pleased with the price as well. Thank you, Amazon!!

Best Empire State Building Art Deco Lamp by Frankart Deals

Customer Ratings:

I found one of these lamps in a trendy curio shop 24 years ago. It had two things going for it Art Deco and the Empire State Building, both of which I adore as a collecter. Not being terribly rich at the time, I gulped at the $75 price then and am astonished at its $239 retail value now! Turns out to have been a great investment after all.

Constantly lit for years, it sits high atop my TV and Hi-Fi center. Flanked by two antique microphones, it acts as my "beacon of entertainment".

I periodically alternate between yellow, red or green bulbs for a change of pace.

It never fails to elicit a curious comment from guests.

Our guest room still had a 1980's model television armour, a big ugly thing that was so dated it was embarrassing. The room had an empty corner that was the perfect spot for a large tv.

This was a nice simple solution. It is unobtrusive and practical and holds a 42 inch television nicely. I would not recommend any larger television for this or it's not only going to overwhelm this tv stand, but the set will be too wide to fit into the 90 degree corner of a room. This is attractive and I like the frosted glass shelves. Although this is almost four feet wide across the front edge, the glass shelves lighten the whole thing up consisderably and make it less obtrusive than if it had solid shelves.

This is a sturdy well made piece. I feel the price is about right that it is offered at here. It's reasonably attractive. A 42 inch set looks just right and this is a nice change of pace from the old armour it replaces. I can't think of any negatives about this.

Good magnification, good lighting... but the joints suck... especially the joint between the arm and light... very flimsy and no matter how hard you crack it tight the light's weight is too much for the nut and screw they use. get what you pay for i guess.

I'm sure web sites don't have that price match or whatever that calls like in some stores, they give you money back if priced droped within some time frame!!! Oh.... what a dissapointment! But lamp itsels is beautiful, has all what i wanted from an island lamp sleek, simple, modern looking when less is more. I tried to take pictures, but cuz kitchen not finished it just didn't look right. Wanted to come back here to my review later to add pics, but changed my mind do not wanna find another price drop and get more upset!!! Still don't know why it SO cheap here? Everywhere else it up to 600$!!! Anyway, there is no complaints about this fixture love it, great lite source, it lights up whole kitchen and even living room, easy to hang 15 min just my hubby himself, nice modern looking! I can't even write a review..... I'm so sad that i paid here more than a hundred bucks more......

Lamps look great and I really like them. The on/off switch location above a style plate makes it hard to reach and use. If they had used a pull chain I would have given this a solid five stars. I have bought six of their lamps this year and they all look great, this is the only one that had what I would call a design flaw. This would be an easy fix for them to correct and I hope they do.

When repainting the bathroom, we decided to replace the dingy old mirror with an attractive cabinet that had a mirrored front. The light fixture over the old mirror was a strip that held five decorative round incandescent bulbs. The new cabinet would have blocked the light from the bulbs, and possibly could have absorbed their heat to create a fire hazard. That fixture had to go.

This lamp fits beautifully over the new cabinet, and mounted as pictured, the light is directed to the ceiling where it provides a diffused light for the whole room. The directions show that it may also be mounted with the shades pointing downward to provide more focused lighting.

As a bonus, this fixture is compatible with compact fluorescent bulbs. We installed two of the new "warm light" bulbs and the bathroom has a cozy glow.

Set of Three Americana Mica Lamps Reviews

Customer Ratings:

The mica shades are great. The problem is the bland finish of the bases. I could have bought a cheap can of chocolate brown spray paint and did this good. I wouldn't call this antiqued bronze. Also, the table lamps use an inline thumbwheel switch about 16" down the power cord. You have to reach for the cord and pull it up into view, switch on, then tuck it back down between chair and side table. Could have used a pull chain like the floor lamp, or a slide switch at the bulb base. Even a rotary on the lamp base would be good. And, everything is so painted up, I can't get continuity to be able to use one of those touch sensitive switches. I will install my own switch, I guess.

Not like the picture of it. Looks lik in the picture that it is a triangle top. Actual lamps do not look anything like the picture. I even sent a email stating I thought I had the wrong product. Still do....
