For around $40, this little light is a decent deal in my opinion. I wanted a little light to cast a nice, moody glow on my workspace and for this I found the perfect product. It doesn't have many (or any, really) "bells and whistles" (like a dimmer or swiveling base), but the most important element, the light, is intuitively adjustable, dense, and simply pleasing. I didn't realize that it charges iPhone/iPad style: a USB + power adapter set up, so it's nice to know that it can be powered by a laptop, etc. It's small--a little bigger than a baseball--so it can be squeezed into smaller spaces if need be. And the overall build quality is better than I thought it would be (again, keeping the price in mind). So not the best light on earth, but a solid little light for the money.

I ordered 2 of these lights and they are really good. Changing lights, with simple controls. And the In built battery makes it more handy cos you can use them on the fly. Only i had expected them to be a little bit more brighter than they are. However, they are just what you need to set the mood in a smallish room.. or you need 2 of them for a large room.

cool item! It's a great conversation piece during parties and my kids really enjoy it. I paid nearly double for another unit which didn't include the auto color changing lights and wasn't nearly as bright.

The lamp is really small and looks pretty fragile. It came shipped from Hong Kong in nothing but bubble wrap and lots of tape. There was no box. It does work however. Before you spread the wires(branches), it looks like a plastic bse with wires sticking out of it.

I looked and looked and looked for this nightlight that I use in my bathroom to "slightly" light up the area for night time doesn't bother my husband who goes to bed earlier than I do, and yet leaves just enough light for me to get settled in later on. The reason I had to look and look is I had one previously that lasted for many years (really). All or most of the current styles are automatic on at dusk off at dawn... That is not what I needed / wanted. I wanted one to turn on and off. I finally found this one....where of course? On Amazon! The lamp arrived on time, in sturdy packaging. It is very easy to put together; it comes with instructions, but I didn't need to look at them. You just screw all the pieces of the pole together (this is easy because the cord is already threaded through them), stand it up, and then screw the lampshade on top. It took about 10 minutes. It feels heavy and well-made, and looks expensive. Very happy with this product.

I purchased this lamp after getting the exact same style and color in the table lamp. I think it is very nice, having exceptional height, just right for behind or next to living room furniture. I find even though the base is VERY heavy weight, that the lamp seems to be a bit top heavy, due to the huge size and weight of the glass shade. It is so pretty, I cannot believe my eyes. When it is turned off, however, it looks very dark, almost black, you cannot make out any of the beautiful details until the lamp is turned on. So needless to say, I am loving the evenings now! Each lamp has two pull chains and two light sockets. I think the price is great for a real tiffany lamp. These shades are very heavy glass. If I could afford it, I would love to buy another! Assembly is pretty basic, comes with good instructions. No tools required. Comes very well packaged.

I like the way it looks in the pictures, but I have to put it together and there is no guidelines, invoice, papers about the product...Nothing! This I find to be unacceptable considering the cost. I am 68+ and not that mechanical. A picture other than the one on the box would help. A brochure about the product would have been nice. I don't understand people who take "saving trees" to this extreme.Yes I know it seems simple, but I don't think I am asking too much.

When these lamps came in, I loved them. They were exactly what I was looking for, and it was within my budget! The color is a light tan, with matching beads. But, after a couple of weeks use, I got sick and tired of having to be so careful with them. First of all, the light bulbs are not included, which didn't bother me much. Second of all, the bulbs that do go for it, are very delicate, and I have to be careful when I switch the lamp on. The switch is on the cord, which my husband hates. We have broken the bulbs numerous times, and one time, a bulb shattered when my husband accidently knocked it a bit while setting his alarm clock!!! They are heavy enough that they don't knock over very easy, but I would recommend spending at least $5-10 more for better ones you'll love, (and I am a thrifty shopper).

The lamp is pretty, however, I have had trouble getting bulbs that fit it. The only bulbs that I can find that really fit are the little 7 watt night light type bulbs. I did finally find a 25 watt bulb that worked (the shade doesn't really fit right with the bulb but it is usable), but I really wanted to use 40 watt bulbs. I feel that the manufacturer should specify bulb type that can be used, and not advertise the lamp as "no more than 40 watt bulbs".

I gave this as a gift and she told me that she could never get the lamp shade to stay on the bulb. It's one of those wire circle that attach directly to the bulb. You have to be very careful choosing a lamp on line, be sure to use a ruler or tape measure to help you understand how tall the lamp you are buying stands. This lamp is absolutely awesome! I wanted something unique that made a bit of a statement on it's own and that's what I got. The colors are vivid and the design is very artsy. It looks a little like a 70's throwback, but it ties in my decor beautifully. The only little thing I would change is to make the harp a little bigger. I am unable to fit a 3way saver bulb in it.

Easy to assemble, decent size and very solid. This was a Mother's Day gift, otherwise I wouldn't have been willing to shell out that much money for it.

A huge plus was that it is packaged very very well, the box came in beat all to heck but there wasn't a bit of damage to the lamp.

The only detraction for the lamp is an astetic one, the light in the middle globe. It only has one small bulb located very off center, which presents an uneven appearance, yes it is only an accent light but it results in a very odd appearance when used. Two small bulbs spaced evenly would have been much better.

It was love at first sight! And until I finally purchased the orange lamp, it followed me around from site to site on the web--you know how Amazon, among others, makes that happen. We were planning on moving to a brand new place soon, and we needed to renew our furnishings. I had already purchased the parsons chairs for the dining room and orange was among the shades of brown on those. I would get some shade of brown for the living room and the room would cry out for the orange lamp. I bought this lamp from another website and it cost me a bomb to ship directly from China. I've been using mine for roughly 8 months now and its working fine. I have 2 that I use. One on my laptop and the other one I clip on the wall as a cheap night light by using a USB extension cable via a USB wall plug. Now, the package says I'm not suppose to leave it on for longer than a few hours at a time. But so far, I have no problems with either one even when I leave them on for an entire day! No burning smell. No burning cable. No burnt out LED bulb. Nothing! BOTH are still working fine! However, I do NOT recommend you 'abuse' this lamp like I did! lol

My only gripe is, the contact on the cable that connects the huge black clip to the power source do get loose after a while. So, I need to twist it around the clip once, to get just the right angle to get it to light up. Other than that, this is a super lamp to get.

Now that I see it on Amazon, I plan to get a few more! Thanks Amazon!

It is incredible what you get for 13 bucks! A super functional bright light. I have it always plugged into the computer. At the last power outage I clipped it onto a heavy book and used it as a standing lamp. It is brighter than some of my flashlights. I will buy more for Christmas as stocking stuffer. Great buy! The goose neck is very thin and fragil and the case is made of cheap plastic. For some reason, the price has gone up by 33% in the last month. If you want a slick design, look elsewhere. Well, I'm currently living in a shared dorm so, with all the lights out, you need to get a decent reading lamp...Usually people buy reading lamps/desk lamps that contains common light bulbs therefore usually require a wall power socket nearby. This product is uses 28 bright LEDs, and even with only 4 of them turned on, it's already very bright...the stand/clamp is very stable and can accommodate 4 AA batteries (if you don't have an USB port around...). The product is very lightweight, so can easily be transported and moved around, the USB connecting cable has sufficient length to fit virtually any desk size (one can always use an extender if the length is not sufficient...).

It's a very nice product and compared to other options on the market, cheaper or not, this is sure top of the line. I would definitely buy it again.

I bought this because it looked like a good item. But in this instance it lasted only a few days before the connector shorted out due to cheap construction. It had to be disassembled, re-soldered, and added epoxy resin to strengthen the flimsy tiny port. The clamping force as well us super weak and it slides right mostly anything but the thickets of wood. Adding more rubber material inside the clamp would have help. This is a serious example of a case in you get what you paid for. Spend a few extra coins on a better quality lamp.

I thought that this would have the Colts name and logo just applied over a pre-made light switch, but it was not. It was custom made and the Colts name and logo were actually a part of the original design. It's really lovely and if I cared about the Colts at all, I would have selfishly kept it. But, since I don't...its new owner loves it! :)
