This is now hanging in my small eat-in kitchen and gives off a very warm, beautiful light. It replaced one of those "builder's models" awful gold chandeliers that came with my house, and now my house seems like it's really mine (after 13 years!). All globes were unbroken and we were able to hang it right away. The dark finish looks very nice with my antique table that has a walnut color.

First light arrived with a damaged shade. When brought to the attention of Amazon, my issues were immediately taken care of and a new fixture was sent.

The chandelier is now hanging in our dining room, and it's beautiful. Ours is a small dining room and the chandelier hangs at the right lengthen from our ceiling and fits directly over our table. It adds a warm glow to our room.

My husband and I are extremely happy with this product and would consider buying other lighting from this company via Amazon.

This is a basic fixture and rather cheaply constructed. It does what it's supposed to do and doesn't look bad. However, you can find a comparable and even better fixture at Lowe's or Home Depot for less money.

I do like this chandelier, and now that it is hung in my dining room, I love the look. The only problem is that the 3 arms slightly curve down so that the bottoms of the 3 glass globes are not level, but curve slightly inward. If the lights had been level on the bottoms, I would have given it 5 stars.

For around $40, this little light is a decent deal in my opinion. I wanted a little light to cast a nice, moody glow on my workspace and for this I found the perfect product. It doesn't have many (or any, really) "bells and whistles" (like a dimmer or swiveling base), but the most important element, the light, is intuitively adjustable, dense, and simply pleasing. I didn't realize that it charges iPhone/iPad style: a USB + power adapter set up, so it's nice to know that it can be powered by a laptop, etc. It's small--a little bigger than a baseball--so it can be squeezed into smaller spaces if need be. And the overall build quality is better than I thought it would be (again, keeping the price in mind). So not the best light on earth, but a solid little light for the money.

I ordered 2 of these lights and they are really good. Changing lights, with simple controls. And the In built battery makes it more handy cos you can use them on the fly. Only i had expected them to be a little bit more brighter than they are. However, they are just what you need to set the mood in a smallish room.. or you need 2 of them for a large room.

I don't know what the problem is but none of the five bulbs in my order worked. They were 100% broken, non-functional garbage. Waste of my time, money and effort. I am not about to check and see if this was atypical. Beware.

So far these light have not burned out. I know I wrote a review on these lights and I might has said they burned out after 30 days but once I replaced them after 60 days in use their stilling lighting up my front yard at night. I do recommend you clean lights with some light alcohol on a cloth to remove finger prints from the light and to install use the same alcohol cloth finger prints.

Saw these at a craft fair and were really cool. Located this on this website and the price was right, included the hanging cord with on/off switch. Comes unassembled with instructions . . . assembly is required. Appears to have instructions for several configurations of the puzzle pieces. Light bulb must be purchased separately. Plan to assemble and use with a LED bulb and use while RVing/patio lighting.

These are GREAT lamps-this one was my second. People who come over ALWAYS comment on the modern colorful look.

Especially nice that they come WITH the lamp fixture, and it's a decent one at that. Makes for an easy all-in-one package.

Finally, you do have to assemble the lamp-the instructions are not QUITE as detailed and clear as they could be, for those who are not "spatially inclined", but after sitting with the detailed diagrams and having some hands on time with fitting together individual pieces, it was actually quite fun to assemble. Though challenging at times, it's easy enough to take the whole thing apart and start from scratch if necessary. You can also create larger, more intricate lamps with multiple kits-which I have not yet tried, but it's a nice option.

This light looks light it could have been the work of Maurits Escher or Bathsheeba Grossman. 30 simple identical pieces interlock to make the lamp. When I first opened the small package, it seemed that the "cards" couldn't go together to make a large lamp, but they fit together to make a shell that was quite strong (I bounced it gently on the floor without issue). It looks great in out dining room.

You _do_ need to put this together and it took me about 45 minutes, following the instructions. Having done this once, it would probably take ten minutes to repeat. Construction hints:

1. Always keep the same face of the card facing the outside of the "sphere" -see the illustration in the manual.

2. Work in a circle around the initial five-sided rosette.

3. Each intersection should join either three or five panels in an alternating pattern.

If shipping weren't as much as the lamp, I'd buy another!

I bought two medium orange lights and one yellow medium size. We love the finished product, but as others have stated..... It requires patience to put together. Expect a little frustration. The you tube video is a life saver, but you have to follow it closely. It helps to notice that they have different size on tops and bottoms of the pieces. That makes a difference. Sometimes they go horizontal, sometimes vertical. Hope that helps you. They look great!

These "lamps" are very, very nice! They are for my solar/battery powered campsite/disco that entertains hundreds of crazed, burning man type of folks. I have no power at the campsite so I have all sorts of special effects lighting for that. Like Fiber optics, plasma, black lights, laser, and these jellyfish, which are my personal favorite "party" lights at my one night party a year. Bought 1, then another, now 5 more. Maybe I didnt even use it right but I followed all instructions for assembly and to use it but after awhile the jellies kind of stop moving. I am assuming this is because air bubbles get under their tops after awhile. ? In the instructions you are meant to put the jellies in upside down and then flip them with a tool to minimize bubbles. I did all that and it worked for a bit, so maybe you just have to keep flipping them upside down to remove bubbles.

Overall it stil is a cool idea for a not too expensive price. The idea is great but I"ll keep playing with mine to see if I can make it work more consistently.

Around six months after purchase this lamp stopped functioning. Light output is about 1/10 the normal amount and it does NOT respond to touch. So, it's either on or off all the time (however it happens to feel). Which makes it worthless and is heading for the trash shortly. Learned that the warranty is an abyssmal 90 days! This is a ridiculously short warranty for an item (i) that uses LED technology which is supposed to last several years; and (ii) that has no moving parts. I can't think of a single electronics item that is even remotely similar that doesn't have at least a one-year (parts) warrantly. This is disgraceful. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake ... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK!

When I read that this lamp includes "a super-bright LED bubble" I assumed it would easily outshine a 10W incandescent bulb ... I was wrong. Although admittedly attractive (and, frankly, the only reason I'm not returning it), it's incapable, in my view, of providing sufficient illumination to work at a desk. For the price paid I could have purchased something a lot more functional. Buy this lamp because you simply love how it looks (not because you need light at your desk to work by). Otherwise, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

I purchased this lamp for my black office armoire where my laptop is located. I loved the look but the light wasn't bright enough so I placed it in another location in my Living Room, where light wasn't an issue. Other than not giving off enough light, it is beautiful and I love that it is a touch lamp. I am very happy with my purchase.

I'm so sorry this did not work!! Lamps LOOKS fantastic, but the light was so dim, could not even be used as a "mood lamp". Tiny LED gave off a bluish dim light. Also, any time there was a tiny power surge in the house (anything!!), lamp would go on and off by itself. Lamp itself is a work of art, but electronically and functionally it was a flop. I wish it worked becuase i love how it looks. I'm sending mine back :(

I bought this for my boss(male attorney). I was very nervous that he wouldn't like it since he's very hard to buy for. I don't care for overhead fluorescent lights, as are found in most office buildings (including mine). So, I decided to get a table lamp to supplement my desk lamp. I really wanted one eligible for Amazon Prime.

This lamp is surprisingly sturdy, with a good weight to it. Though it says polyresin, it actually looks and feels like wood. Amazon's product picture is pretty accurate to how the lamp looks, and the color of the base. I have a beautiful cherry wood furniture in my office, and this lamp coordinates perfectly. The cream shade allows a good amount of light to come through as well. It looks so nice, in fact, that one of my coworkers ordered one for herself after seeing it!

Overall, this lamp is well worth the price and the convenience of having it delivered direct to my office. Highly recommended.

The lamp is works well for my needs to decorate my guest room. The only thing that I am not too thrilled about is that the on/off switch is in the power cord instead of under the lampshade. I've read a few reviews, and it seems that people are not reading the instructions or so used to the "normal" way a lamp is put together that they give an inappropriate comment about the lamp's functionality. When assembling the lamp, first put the lampshade on the lamp by slipping lightbulb holder through the inner ring in of the lampshade. Then insert the lightbulb in lamp's socket. Twist the bulb in securely, and this will hold the lampshade in place. Do not install the lightbulb first, and then try to balance the lampshade on the bulb.

This is a perfect little lamp that fits into a small space. It is beautiful and gives of a lot of light. This lamp looks exactly like the photo in the ad and the plastic base is painted to look like wood. To a casual observer, I don't think the difference is obvious at all, and the design is so simple that it doesn't attract a lot of attention. It just provides much needed light in a very dark corner of my study I really like that the shade is white, which makes the light so much more functional.

I also like the low price. It is so great that I didn't have to spend tons of money for this simple little fix. Not high end, but it works, is attractive, and has made the room so much more pleasant! It is low priced, but not trashy looking!

I LOVE these lamps! I agree with the other reviewers, they look far more expensive than they are. I have mixed feelings about the shades....first I wished they were denser but now I think I like the light sparkling through them. I put AB finished bulbs in and it's really pretty. I also got matching candle holders which I put next to the lamps and put glass paperweights on them, it looks awesome.

I originally bought them for my sun room, but since my house isn't quite done with repairs from Katrina yet, the sun room is currently the work room, so the lamps are in the den. I think I will just buy more for the sun room. They're just that great. ;)

I love everything about this lamp EXCEPT the fact that the light really shines through the rattan. It is uncomfortable to look at. Do you enjoy looking directly at light bulbs? The fact that I overlooked this significant flaw and gave it four stars instead of one is a testament to what a great lamp it is otherwise. I think I will use parchment paper to line the rattan shade. The bulb is only 40 watts and parchment paper does not easily burn. I am that desperate. If this works, I will update my review and let you know how I did it.

April 2013: Lining the lampshade was harder than I thought so I just replaced the shade.

I ordered 2 of these. Both arrived in good condition. They look attractive and go nicely on my wood end tables, but the base is not a bronze color as indicated in the description. I was expecting a metallic red brown color per the description. They are more of a dark brown with a slight gray hue. Also the shade does not have a normal metal pronged mounting fixture. It has a plastic slip ring which fits onto the bulb holder (fixture). You can't see it once the shade is on the lamp, but it is not as sturdy as most and for the price charged it should have included a standard mounting.

I would like to give this fixture 5 stars, but I have to dock 2 stars because it's not what the product description says it is.

I found a similar Dale Tiffany at a big-box retailer for significantly less but had to return it because the 2 60-watt bulbs it took did not cast enough light. I was willing to pay the upcharge for this fixture because the description says it takes 3 75-watt bulbs. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box (which is labeled "3LTF") and it has sockets for only 2 75-watt bulbs!

Amazon customer service was wonderful. They credited my account for the difference and said they would speak with the manufacturer about straightening out the product description. I kept the fixture because, at the end of the day, it's beautiful! It casts a little less light than I was hoping for, but it looks so nice in my dining room that I'm willing to live with the shaded 150 watts.

Comparing this to other Dale Tiffany mosaic fixtures, I was worried that the colors would be dull, but that is certainly not the case. There is a lot more yellow in this than the picture shows, which picks up nicely on the yellow in my walls, and the clear round bubbles (for lack of a better word) sparkle!
