I love this lamp. You don't really find such an expensive-taste-looking lamp around for this small price. It really gives the feeling of a classy and modern environment. It looks good with black/white living room designs. I wish there was a dimmer connected to the cable, but unfortunately there is not one, so you can only switch it on/off by stepping on the switch.

Very easy to assemble. It took me just 15 minutes.

This lamp is beautiful! I had originally bought it for the living room, but when I assembled it, it turned out to be shorter than I had imagined, so I put it in the bedroom instead & it's perfect. It's almost like a piece of art.

I am very pleased with this lamp. I am using it as a night light and it comes with a 25 watt bulb, which I plan to replace with a 15 watt bulb whenever it burns out because I would like it to be a little bit dimmer. It appears to be very good quality. I would definitely buy from both the seller and Standard Specialty lighting again.

This lamp is by far the best lamp I've ever owned. Dimming it is very simple, and its lighting memory is very useful. Light distribution is uniform, and its intensity is really amazing for a LED lamp. I am so satisfied with the performance of this lamp, reason why I decided to buy four more of this lamp, one for my wife's desk, and one for each of my three daughters computer desks. When I ordered this item, I expected the shade to be white. It is off-white, almost a cream. According to the seller's policies, buyers pay for return shipping, and the issue with the color description didn't matter in my case. I would be hesitant to order another white lamp shade on-line. There are many shades of white and the pictures can be deceiving. I plan to buy locally.

I need to buy 2 small but not mini lampshades. I am surprised that this company does not provide measurements for its lampshades. It seems very obvious that those should be included as well as how it attaches to the lamp. I cannot use clip-on nor spider attachments.

Our guest room still had a 1980's model television armour, a big ugly thing that was so dated it was embarrassing. The room had an empty corner that was the perfect spot for a large tv.

This was a nice simple solution. It is unobtrusive and practical and holds a 42 inch television nicely. I would not recommend any larger television for this or it's not only going to overwhelm this tv stand, but the set will be too wide to fit into the 90 degree corner of a room. This is attractive and I like the frosted glass shelves. Although this is almost four feet wide across the front edge, the glass shelves lighten the whole thing up consisderably and make it less obtrusive than if it had solid shelves.

This is a sturdy well made piece. I feel the price is about right that it is offered at here. It's reasonably attractive. A 42 inch set looks just right and this is a nice change of pace from the old armour it replaces. I can't think of any negatives about this.

Cheap Zelco Audio "itty bitty" book Light (battery version only)

This new version of the itty bitty light from Zelco is improved in some areas but in others not as good as the familiar previous versions of the itty bitty. The neon light is just right for ageing eyes and the little recorder is surprisingly useful. Nice to be able to record a thought or something you need to do without putting down the book you are reading. But I find the limited range of motion of the light head prevents me using the light in all the ways I would like. It cannot be turned around backwards or raised up to a near vertical position so it has to be used clipped to the book rather than propped up by my pillow, and it is a little heavy. Magazines in particular don't support it well. The chromed clip reflects light back in my eyes but that was resolved with a piece of tape. A good light that could be a great light with a few mods.

First, the lamps were shipped and arrived shortly after I ordered them so that was great! Although the outside packaging looked flimsy and had openings, the lamps themselves were securely packaged and arrived without damage. I am SO PLEASED with the size and look of these lamps. AND, the description said cloth shades but they have kind of a suede leather look to them so they are very luxurious. I am glad that they are elegant looking since they weren't the most expensive lamps I could have purchased, but they fit in with our bedroom perfectly!

the lamp is nice with the heavy metal base. the shade is very beautiful and actually it is a bit neutral in color when it is on. In regards to the material I have seen some comments mentioning it is plastic but from what I see it is a mix of art glass and plastic pieces gluing glass so I would still say this is a nice art glass lamp. The shipping was fast and the package was thorough. Happy with the purchase.
