Ordered 2 for end tables by couch. They are well constructed and quite attractive. The wood base is substantial but the open design keeps them from overwhelming the room. Stained glass shade is gorgeous -colors are warm, design is clean. I love the pull chains -easy to turn on and off, and you can turn on just one bulb or both. 2 -60W bulbs per lamp is plenty of light for the living room.

The only problem we've experienced is that the bulbs are level with the bottom edge of the shade so if the lamp is higher than your seating area next to it, the bulbs shine directly into your eyes. The bottom edge of the shade is 17 1/2 inches above the table top if you want to measure before you buy.

These lamps are absolutely gorgeous! The pictures don't do them justice!

I've been looking for some Mission-style lamps to complete my new Mission-style bedroom suite. I looked around at the furniture stores, the major department stores, and the major home improvement stores and didn't find what I wanted.

These lamps are very well made. The shades are made of individual resin pieces that fit together very well. When lit from behind, the shades just glow beautifully in warm earth-tones.

The bases are very nice, too. They're well made and solid. I was very impressed. I especially like the open design.

I bought a pair of these. They are very nice for the price. They are designed to work with the new energy saving light bulbs. Minimal assembly required, but no tools are needed(just screw in a threaded post that supports the shade). A good value.

I hesitated to pay such a high price for an outdoor fan, but after days of teetering back and forth, I decided to bite the bullet. I am so glad I did! Not only is it a gorgeous piece to add to an outdoor space, it is extremely powerful. You feel the effects of it at least 17 feet away and the oscillating head is thorough at covering large gathering areas. The mechanics of the fan are smooth and relatively quiet. The frame and hardware are sturdy and solid. I assembled this in 15 minutes with no problems. You definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend to those who appreciate and take advantage of outdoor living in the warmer months.

I bought this because I wanted to keep from being eaten alive by the gnats in my yard! Reviews looked good and the fan was very attractive looking to fit in with my yard furniture. I have owned it for a few weeks now and have found it to be fairly loud and not blowing too far, I guess I need 2 fans to put at both ends of the patio. The price is a bit high. They are not built as I thought it should be for $250.00. Not enough power, a bit loud and although fairly easy to put together the instructions are not great and some of the screws didnt match. So I will not buy another one.

We ordered this fan about a month ago, and so far so good. The fan was very easy to put together--it took about 5 minutes and we had no problems with the screws. The fan looks and feels sturdy, and it generates an impressive breeze for its size. It has gone a long way toward making our deck bearable in the Texas summer heat. It also helps with mosquito control, though it can't keep them away from your feet!

I am surprised by the other review posted here--I wonder if the reviewer just got a lemon. I'm also very curious that he says he got a similar Deco Breeze fan at Lowes for 1/2 the price. We comparison-shopped extensively before purchasing this fan, and we saw nothing that was a better value. Also, the Lowes web site does not carry any Deco Breeze products as far as I can tell.

That said, I did take one star off for value. It's a lot of money to spend on a fan, even a good fan.

I just extended my patio and wanted to spend more time outside. I live in GA so the heat and humidity can get pretty bad! I read several reviews on outdoor fans and this one seemed to have the consensus of being very powerful and quiet, and it is!! You can easily carry on a conversation while the fan is on high. My air conditioning unit is louder than the fan!!

My only laugh when reading the instruction booklet it says to keep out of extreme heat and humidity. Really? It's an outdoor fan!! What's the definition of extreme!?!

Oh, the cover that comes with it is useless for being outdoors. While it may work for an enclosed patio it won't last on an outdoor patio as there is no tie to close it and keep it from flying off. The cover just goes as far down as the fan and doesn't cover the stand. I couldn't find any covers online so I purchased a smoker cover for $9 at Home Depot and it fits perfectly over the fan and covers all the way down to the stand base.

I was really disappointed when I received the fan. Some of the screws were missing and some of the screws had stripped threads. Also, when the fan was running, it was very loud. I returned the fan and Amazon was wonderful, they refunded the cost of the fan plus shipping. I could not ask for anything nicer to happen after my dissappointment with the fan. I guess I was just the unlucky person that received a bad quailty piece of merchandize. I did purchase the Deco Breeze Fan at Lowes for half the cost of the one purchased from Amazon.com. The fan quality was very good, it looks good on my patio, and the sound is quiet. I am very pleased with the fan. "Please note: the good experience with Amazon will keep me going back to them for other purchases.

This Banker's Lamp arrived 2 days after I had placed my order, and it was securely packaged, with nary a scratch, dent or ding or anything broken. Just the right amount of light is given..brighter than a night light, but less light than a regular light bulb lamp. I highly recommend.

After reading some of the horror stories for cheaper banker's lamps I decided to go a bit upscale. I'm glad I did.

The Ledu-brand lamp came completely assembled. All I did was screw in the included CFL lamp and plug it in. The blue glass shade's friction screw was tightened enough that I can position the shade wherever I like--no adjustment was necessary to the screw.

Note that there are multiple listings and, unfortunately, wildly varying prices, for this same lamp all over Amazon. If you search for "ledu bankers lamp" you'll see what I mean. Mine was $53.55 from Shoplet.

Very satisfied with my purchase.

These lamps so pretty in the picture. I was aware that the price was very very low but I figured I would give them a try anyway because they are touch lamps which was what I was looking for. They do not come assembled. Assembly is a pain in the neck. The individual pieces of glass that you have to put together were broken so I packed them all back up and returned them. Very very disappointed.

It is pretty; it has good lighting, but it is a little bit on the cheap side, and I had a little trouble keeping the light bulb in and stable.

This is a pretty little lamp but it is very fragile. The pieces of the shade are hanging on just barely to the frame and if you are clumsy or have big hands you may not be able to assemble it. The glass components are held onto the frame with delicate clips which I feel could have been a little longer. I have this in my guest room and I literally have to issue a warning "touch the base only, do not touch the shade". I love touch lamp technology especially for older guests but I don't want to have to worry about the shade falling apart if it is actually touched. I did not send this back but I would not buy it again.

The light flickers on/off and dim; very frustrating and looking to replace it already. I bought this lamp to add a little light to an area that was dark near my computer. I use it daily without any problems. The LED is very bright and works well as a spotlight, however I had to rig up a reflector/diffuser to use it to brighten, as it really is only a spotlight. I may buy another one to put on my bedside table for late night reading. There has been a few times where the light just goes out for no reason, but throwing the switch on/off fixes it easily, a little annoying but not a big deal. I am concerned if the LED ever goes out if I can find some kind of replacement bulb for it, as I dont see any way of doing so.

IKEA should be ashamed of this product. I managed to get the switch apart. Poor design and easily fixed. Just bend the metal strip so when the switch is on it makes better contact. It's that simple. I suspect that within a few months the metal strip will need to be bent again. Naturally after fixing it the switch looks terrible! Please note it was hard to pry apart the switch because the plastic is fused top/bottom on the inside posts. It's easy to slip the edge of a thin knife in the side of the switch but getting the top and bottom apart is the hard part. Disclaimer: unplug the wire from the wall and if you try this fix you assume all risk.

This is a nice, focused lamp for $10 at Ikea, but the on/off switch is a piece of Chinese garbage. I bought two of these, and both had bad switches within 2 months. First it would flicker, then finally fail. Since I'm an electronic engineer, I could and did replace the switch with a decent quality switch from Radio shack, but the average person would have trouble with this. Since it is a LED lamp, you cannot reverse the polarity of the wires going to the lamp without damage, so beware if you replace your own switch on this unit. Too bad they use such a cheap qaulity switch. Otherwise, I like the lamp for reading and spot light type uses.

I ordered this to solve simple mundane but aggravating issues: like keeping candles straight in their holders, keep items from sliding off my lap desk such as a cup or laser keyboard, and the normal stuff like vases and other sit around items from getting knocked off.

The putty isn't quite as strong as the wax but cleans up a *lot* easier. Hopefully you will find the attached video helpful in selecting the product that best meets your needs.

Quake Hold is simply a slightly tackier silly putty very slightly to be precise. It handles exactly the same way meaning it is stringy and pliable, you need to spend quite some time breaking it up into small pieces to secure larger objects. The packaging is simply a paper sleeve with the product flattened out on wax paper. Once you start to pull this stuff apart for usage, it is hard to get any extra product back into the package. Not a huge deal, but why they didn't include a simple container is beyond me. The real issue here for me was that the amount you get is a bit stingy yes you can spread this stuff out, but notice how the description does not give you the actual amount included? That is because the other similarity to silly putty is that is about how much you get. As for its holding ability things such as medium to large vases or bowls will still move if you do anything but bump them lightly. Only very light items will stay tightly secured and only then with copious amounts of product and fiddling. Also, it is re-usable but after a while hair and dust drastically drop its tackiness and if you drop it on a carpeted floor forget about it. It gets the job done, but it definitely has room for improvement. Too bad they didn't go the whole distance in copying silly putty and just give you an egg to hold it in which would make storing it a whole lot easier. I think a good two sided tape pretty much beats this hands down.

The quality of the lamp does not compare to the picture. The ribbon is tied in a bow, not a knot and mine was glued to the seam of the lamp (not the flat side). I feel like the picture is not accurate. Also, you only get ONE lamp...not two (like the picture and description state). The lamp looks okay, but I will continue looking for a lamp of better quality.

This turn knob fits lamps with "oversized" diameter components. 6-32 turn knobs are commonly used with lamp sockets that attach to 1/4 IP (International Pipe Standard) (1/2" O.D.) threaded nipples. Most lamps in homes use 4-32 threads with 1/8 IP threaded nipples holding the sockets and containing the wiring. I didn't need 10 of them, but I got 10 because we have old lamps around the house. The threads on one of the kbos had stripped. One of these twisted on. It works. What more can you really say about an object like this? It's a lamp knob. It works. Buy lamps from Salvation Army instead of Target. Get these for a buck if you need them. Happy days. This is the second product I tried in my garage lanterns and it works perfectly. The other design had the sensor in an arm the stuck out to the side. Since the Lantern is black, it thought that it was always dark and would never turn off. This product has the sensor built into the side and behaves perfectly, just as expected, in the same fixture. I have used 2 of these for our front porch lights for over 3 years and only recently had to replace one. The device uses a photo cell to detect light so if not facing the right way it wont work. If only faced partially in the right direction, it will flicker. Simply loosen the bulb/base a qtr or half a turn or so until it is facing properly. Do this when dark so you know how far to turn the base. Stop when the light is on and steady. Eureka!

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I did have one die. But given the price and it lasted 3 yrs, still got my moneys' worth. Thx!

It is a really great lamp with a lot of detail on it and any dragon lover would enjoy this in their collection. The only issue I have is getting off the orb to change the light bulb which can be a pain in the neck as their are clamps on the inside. You have to carefully slide the orb off or else you could possibly break it. The bulb used is 7w so its more of a nightlight then a really bright lamp.

They come set up as a night light, but I fit in a 60w equivelent flourecent bulb (harder to get with a candelabra style base) and use it as a reading lamp. Looks great and attracts attention. Curious why a dragon would need a sword.

I order the floor lamp and table lamp. They look nice but give off very little light and within 3 weeks (when it was knocked off an end table) it is already broken so the quality of this product is not what I would expect at the price I paid.
