The picture of the item is true to form. I am very happy with the looks of the item, but it arrived damaged. I am not sure how the damaged occurred since the box had no damage, nor the interior styrofoam. It was very well packaged; however one corner is dented, with the coating broken from the metal. I need to insert a shim under the corner to even the lamp, as there was a 3/8 difference with the rest of the legs.

I ordered this to solve simple mundane but aggravating issues: like keeping candles straight in their holders, keep items from sliding off my lap desk such as a cup or laser keyboard, and the normal stuff like vases and other sit around items from getting knocked off.

It is very pliable, reusable, removable, and I have not had any surfaces damaged. For me, it was a good purchase and worth the money.

Great all-around tool for the house. I use it to secure speakers to stands, cable modem and router to the desk, posters to the wall, answering machine to counter, etc.

Have never found it to stain or leave residue. I did tear the paper of a poster when trying to remove it but the wall was fine.

Museum Putty is great stuff but how does it compare to Museum Wax (also great stuff)?

The putty isn't quite as strong as the wax but cleans up a *lot* easier. Hopefully you will find the attached video helpful in selecting the product that best meets your needs.

Quake Hold is simply a slightly tackier silly putty very slightly to be precise. It handles exactly the same way meaning it is stringy and pliable, you need to spend quite some time breaking it up into small pieces to secure larger objects. The packaging is simply a paper sleeve with the product flattened out on wax paper. Once you start to pull this stuff apart for usage, it is hard to get any extra product back into the package. Not a huge deal, but why they didn't include a simple container is beyond me. The real issue here for me was that the amount you get is a bit stingy yes you can spread this stuff out, but notice how the description does not give you the actual amount included? That is because the other similarity to silly putty is that is about how much you get. As for its holding ability things such as medium to large vases or bowls will still move if you do anything but bump them lightly. Only very light items will stay tightly secured and only then with copious amounts of product and fiddling. Also, it is re-usable but after a while hair and dust drastically drop its tackiness and if you drop it on a carpeted floor forget about it. It gets the job done, but it definitely has room for improvement. Too bad they didn't go the whole distance in copying silly putty and just give you an egg to hold it in which would make storing it a whole lot easier. I think a good two sided tape pretty much beats this hands down.

This is a good quality lamp. It is probably a little overpriced but we had to get it to match the other Baby Sam merchandise we bought for the babies room. You can only use up to a 40 watt bulb so this is a good low light source but you probably can't read a book with it. It looks like this lamp will hold up a while.

This lamp is really gorgeous. I looked at a lot of Tiffany lamps from a lot of sources before settling on this one. From the description it seemed to combine a great price point with a really good looking lamp. The reality of it did not disappoint. If anything I got more than I expected. The lamp is heavy and solid and well constructed. The shade is simply beautiful. When I took it out to put it together I was instantly wowed. The pictures don't do it justice. I bought this lamp for Mom's birthday. It's just beautiful and she loves it. It looks even better lit up than it does in the picture: imagine all the colors just glowing from the lightbulbs and you'll know what I mean. The colors are vibrant, especially the blues, but not garish. It has a heavy bottom, so it definitely won't tip over, but picking it up could be a problem for weaker folks. Highly recommended!

Deco Breeze has such beautiful fans that I decided to get one for my living area. I decided on this fan because it is adjustable and can be used as a standing fan or a table fan. It does not arrive ready to use and was not easy to put together. It took me quite a while to do so. The Deco Breeze emblem was dented and I do not think the way the head attaches to the pole is well designed. A word to the wise, the set screw that holds the blades in place must really be torqued down to secure it well. It squeaks at one end of its oscillation and that is annoying, however, it creates a terrific breeze even on low and is capable of cooling a large area. I would not buy this particular fan again, but, for the price, I believe I got what I paid for and it has worked well.

This is a beautiful fan that seems sturdy and creates a lot of air movement. However, for use in our living room where we watch television, it was way too noisy, even at the lowest speed. I should have been forewarned by reviews that said it created good white noise. Be aware also that it is quite heavy and takes up a bit of room. My husband is a retired electronics engineer, and he says if it had five curved blades instead of four straight ones, it would have provided plenty of air at a lower speed. We regretfully returned it (Amazon makes it fairly easy). I subsequently happened across and purchased a lovely Hawaiian Breeze brand, 5-blade, quiet, 12" table fan in a beautiful pewter finish, at Wal-Mart for $32. For someone who has a large room where noise is not a problem, the Deco Breeze fan would add a work of art to your room.

Assembly was easy and now I own a stylish and powerful fan. Those of you who find the sound of a fan to be important will like this one as well. We purchased 2 lamps for our bedroom. After some placement adjustments they are working well. The adjustments were due to the fact that the touch switch only works when you touch the lighted ring at the base. It does not work if you touch it anywhere else. My only complaint, other that it comes directly from China, is that the shipping is 6 weeks, not the 2 that was indicated. That even stated by yetboy66.

Do not order this lamp! This lamp is extremely cheap in quality. Not only did my lamp NOT WORK, but it also arrived with a broken base. The box it came in also arrived with a huge rip on one side. I'm so happy to find LexMod's selling the Bourgie lamp (on Amazon) for a fraction of the price of Kartell. Kartell's version is $385 which I cannot afford or want to spend on a lamp.

Note that I'm writing review for LexMod's and Kartell's Bourgie lamp version that is 14.5" wide x 14.5" deep x 29" high since this lamp has a half-size version as well. This version uses 3 light bulbs which are not included, the half-size version--one.

Kartell's version is also acrylic, so I highly doubt that it'll look any better from LexMod's. Speaking of acrylic, don't set your expectations for the lamp too high since acrylic tends to look "cheap" (for the lack for better words) under florescent lights. In my ideal world, this lamp would be made out of crystal and still cost the same.

Mind you, this acrylic lamp carries its own style weight. The acrylic defuses and reflects light almost like crystal, and the lamp looks amazing for that. The cord is an eyesore, but you'll adjust.

Overall, it's the better alternative for those of us who don't want to waste too much money on a designer lamp.

We bought two of these pendants for our kitchen remodel and we've had so many positive comments on them! I love that they are so unique looking ( although we opted to remove the red dangling glass portions..a bit too much for us, but I could see others keeping them on). The lamp in the picture is an Tiffany lamp. I have one in my livingroom. I purchased this one to have a matching set. What a received was a piece of junk. The glass is a completely different color, the shape is distorted, the little balls that line the edge? On Amazons lamp they are stuck on a strip of paper which hangs inside the crappy shade. The beads are ugly too. They are also a cheap imitation of Tiffany's. The stand is not the same either. You will HATE this lamp. I sure did!! THIS LAMP THAT AMAZON IS SELLING IS NOT FROM TIFFANY. The cheap attempt at imitation is not even close. I got a full refund.

This is a gorgeous lamp exactly as promised, packed up so well, everything in excellent working order. And the seller, Red Tag, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My only sadness is that I got this lovely lamp on the cusp of spring and, with it staying light later now, I less of a reason to turn it on more! :)
