Buy Mulberry Rice Paper White Shade Handmade Floral Lighting Flower
Not going to get a ton of light off a 40 watt bulb, and it takes a while to receive it. But once you do, you will be pleased. My wife was very happy.

Review of Quoizel Indus Tiffany 2 Lt Table Lamp
Customer Ratings:
List Price: $360.00

She loves it, (my Mom) and has told me more than once. She looks forward to the night time so that she can turn it on. Price for this at Amazon was good, too. I shopped around.
Next I purchased two "matching" lamps, but the finish differs on the two lamps.
Now regarding this Indus Tiffany lamp, the heavy glass shade arrived coated with heavy, dirty, stinky oil. I emailed Quoizel and they casually replied that someone must have forgotten to clean it, adding that I should wash it. Silly me, I thought I'd bought a finished product. Incidentally, it is very large, heavy, and breakable. You can't fit it into the kitchen sink, then scrub and rinse.
Additionally there was no information included with the lamp about how to clean it (is soap and water safe; is glass cleaner safe?), or information regarding the wattage limit. It wouldn't take much for Quoizel to increase their standards but they obviously don't care.
I agree with another reviewer about the Indus Tiffany, the lamp looks better in the photo. What Quoizel describes as "an embroidery pattern around the border" is obviously plastic when seen in person. Seen from a distance it is an attractive lamp, but not as good as the photo.

It looks great in the picture! It is 100% plastic! I have never felt so ripped off. The lamp also came coated with a thick layer of oil that took an hour to clean, and it still smelled.Best Deals for Quoizel Indus Tiffany 2 Lt Table Lamp
THIS IS ALL WE CAN EXPECT THIS DAYS FROM PRODUCTS SENT OFF TO CHINA FOR THE GREEDY SAKE OF PROFIT . I HAVE OWNED TWO QUIOZEL CHANDELIERS IN THE PAST ,MADE IN USA, AND THE WERE OF HIGH QUALITY AND ACTUALLY LEAD SOLDER AT EVERY SEAM. THESE LAMP SHADES ARE PARTIALLY LEAD SOLDERED AND THEN GLUED TOGETHER AT THE MAJOR SEAMS RESULTING IN IN THE GLUED SEAMS SEPARATING IN SHIPMENT DUE TO THE HIGH TEMPERATURES IN THE DELIVERY VEHICLES. BOTH WERE THIS WAY. DID I SEND THEM BACK ? NO. I JUST SUPER GLUED THE SEAMS. IT WAS A LOT EASIER THAN REPACKING AND RETURNING.!!! WAKE UP AMERICA JUST DON'T BUY PRODUCTS FROM AMERICAN COMPANIES THAT HAVE SOLD US OUT TO CHINA FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR BOTTOM LINE!!!! IF IT SAYS "MADE IN CHINA" IT IS LIKELY PURE JUNK.Quoizel Indus Tiffany 2 Lt Table LampHonest reviews on Quoizel Indus Tiffany 2 Lt Table Lamp
This is my 4th Quoizel lamp. Obviously I'm attracted to what they produce. I wish I could enthusiastically endorse them. My first purchase was the Glenhaven Table Lamp. It is beautiful, and I love it. I have had it a few years, and perhaps the company standards have slipped since then.Next I purchased two "matching" lamps, but the finish differs on the two lamps.

Just got my lamp and it came packaged well without any damage. I was a little scared after I read some of the reviews with oily glass and plastic parts. I was happy to find although there was some oily residue on the glass it wiped off easy with windex glass cleaner. The base is made of metal and very sturdy and easy to assemble. It gives off good lighting but not enough to do much reading. The light is a nice warm glow perfect for my bedroom. The shade itself is as shown in the picture and although it is not rugged it is not cheap either. It is not as sturdy as my other tiffany lamp or as heavy. All things put together it is a little pricy for what you get but a nice item.Monday, December 15, 2014
Aladdin Hanging Tilt-Frame Lamp w/ 14" Shade Review
Shade arrived broken in shipment. Called vendor (Jack's Country Store) and they replaced it no charge, no hassle. Great lamp: bright, quiet and if you follow the instructions CAREFULLY it works like a charm. Suggest buying a back-up mantle as they are fragile and break easily especially if you are not yet used to them. More than worth the extra care given the amount of light that is produced.Once you have used, enjoyed an Aladdin lamp you will never again be satisfied with a standard kerosene lantern/light. Highly recommend.

Best Daylight Naturalight 5-Inch Magnifying Lamp Deals
Customer Ratings:
List Price: $99.99
Sale Price: $75.69

I like these lamps. I thought I was getting 5 diopitor, but these are 3 diopitor (1.75X magnification). Nonetheless, they will do the job nicely. What I really like is that they stay in place once positioning them. The light is sufficient for very small electronics jobs. The clamp is well made, but sticks out in the back about an inch (desk cannot be fully up against the wall). Springs seem sufficient and covered with a plastic tube for better asthetics. All-in-all, it was a good purchase. Suggestion: Don't over tighten two wing nuts at the elbows -tighten only enough to hold the lamp in place and when the fixture gets much older; so they hold their position for many years. That way, you won't shorten and/or strip the gripping of the elbows joints.

The lamp is very well made and at a lower cost than most of the other lamps of this type. The magnifying glass is crystal clear even to the edges which is difficult to do on such a large glass at this price. The glass has a plastic cover to keep the magnifying class free of dust and dirt when you are not using it. And the lamp is bright enough for fine detailed work.Best Deals for Daylight Naturalight 5-Inch Magnifying Lamp
This lamp was a replacement for one purchased years ago, and is definitely an improvement. The circular lamp area is lighter weight and thus it moves much more easily. Also, I like the cover over the magnifying area to keep dust and fingerprints off the glass. I do hand work and a good light that can be easily positioned is a real plus. It is also great for all the reading I do. I can position it so the light falls just on the book and not in my eyes. It is definitely what I needed.Honest reviews on Daylight Naturalight 5-Inch Magnifying Lamp
This is a very nice light, but I ended up returning it because the lens was scratched. But still a nice product.Friday, October 10, 2014

Discount Philips 53-Watt A19 EcoVantage Light Bulb, Natural Light
Customer Ratings:
List Price: $71.88

What most people want in a light bulb is as follows:
-Soft White (which appears somewhere between cream and yellow, like candle light)
-Long Life (subject to opinion and how the bulb is used.. usually over 1000 hours, hopefully over 2000)
-Bright
I had somewhat different requirements
-A more balanced color spectrum which is bluer than "Soft White"
-Over 1000 hours of estimated life
-Between 550 and 700 lumens
-Energy Savings
-Mercury Free
This met my needs almost perfectly.
Pros for this bulb were:
-No chance for a mercury spill in my home, UNLIKE Compact Fluorescent at the time of this review
-1250 hours of life means I won't be changing these every month, but will need a spare on hand for changes once in a while. This is on par with most incandescent bulbs.
-a more balanced bluer light than the yellow of "Soft White" or the red tint of GE Reveal daylight bulbs. GE has tried to create daylight bulbs and in my opinion they fail by using a purplish tint which succeeds in making things look more "daylight" but fails in adding a red/magenta hue. If you compare any Philips Daylight type bulbs with the blue tint to the GE Reveal bulbs with their purple/magenta/violet type of tint, you'll see the difference. On the other hand, if you are only after color of light, Sylvania has MUCH cheaper much more readily available bulbs called "Sylvania Daylight" available in local supermarkets, but none with energy savings.
-Cheaper to run per lumen of light than typical spectrum adjustment coated light bulbs. Bulbs that claim to produce whiter/daylight colored light are usually tinted with a transparent baby blue or light violet paint, to filter the yellows of a standard A19 "Soft White" bulb. The light being filtered to tint the bulb becomes heat, which makes the bulb less efficient at producing like, hotter, and therefore dimmer. For those of us who have some reason to want whiter light but do not want the mercury issues of current CFL bulbs, this added heat became a necessary problem. There is an alternative to CFL which is around halfway between the energy use per lumen of standard incandescent and CFL bulbs, which is the halogen enclosed tungsten incandescent bulb. I'm not going to explain why that is the case in this review, but check it out on wikipedia under Halogen Light Bulb or something similar. Anyway, the Philips term "EcoVantage" emplies ecologically sound, and claims to throw off a similar number of lumens as a comparable 60 watt bulb. Watts mean nothing as far as brightness is concerned, so I did a comparison, and these bulbs are appreciably brighter than other non-halogen "daylight" tinted bulbs. Note how I'm not comparing them to bulbs without a color tinting, because the tint implies inherent inefficiency to an extent. Another thing worth noting is that Philips never claims that these are halogen based bulbs, but it's fairly easy to see by looking at the casing around the filament, inside the bulb. I can't claim to know what gas is in that casing, but I think it's a safe bet that since they make energy efficient halogen bulbs, and "daylight bulbs" that their "energy efficient daylight" type of bulb would just be combining of the previous two. This is the only Halogen and "Daylight" tinted bulb I have found on the market, anywhere. That's why I bought it with all other pros and cons aside.
-Mercury Free; this is extremely important to me. If you look into the reasoning behind why the EPA is allowing the sale of Compact Fluorescent light bulbs, their explanation is that a single broken CFL can be cleaned up properly at home, adding less estimated mercury than should raise the risk of mercury health risks significantly enough to warrant public protection from the product in question. Now ... imagine dropping a box of a few CFLs off a shelf, or perhaps your kid breaks one to see what will happen, when he's at that curious stage, and the spill isn't cleaned up as per EPA recommendations, because he's a kid and doesn't want to get caught, so he does his best to pick up the broken glass, and the mercury remains. How about if the kid broke the box, dumped the broken contents out while trying to pick the box up, and did a poor cleanup of an entire box. Maybe that causes no harm, but I'm happier knowing such a senarion could not have been caused by kid number one, later to effect kid number 2 who the wife is pregnant with. And I can still be about 50% as green as the CFL would make me by using Halogen.
Cons for this bulb were:
-Gets hotter than a standard A19 bulb of any type (unless you could when several of our CFLs began arching over the course of their short lives, and smoldered in the socket, filling out house with the wondrous smell of molten flame retardant plastic. All "daylight" tinted incandescent bulbs are hotter and so I recommend screwing them into porcelain socks if available (half my sockets just happen to be the white porcelain kind) and if they have to be in plastic encased sockets, don't use them in an enclosed recessed fashion. Or just switch to the nice cool CFL or LED technologies, if you don't mind Mercury or the price and availability of LED.
-Is dimmer than "Soft White" incandescent halogen bulbs, due to having a light filter coating. This is not a problem for people used to non-halogen bulbs because the halogen adds brightness, offsetting the dimming effect of the filter coating.
-HORRIBLE quality control. I bought four of these bulbs and zero of those four were unusably defective. Half of the 43w version of this bulb I bought didn't work at all. I don't mean the filament of half were broken from shipping. The filament happened to look intact, but the bulbs failed to light for some other reason, and almost got stuck in the socket. Some of the working ones almost got stuck, while some of them went in smooth and easy. I bought four others that were of a higher wattage, and all worked, but had their own manufacturing defects. If you consider all eight Philips EcoVantage Daylight bulbs I bought, about two of them had less blue spectrum filter coating (I could see the difference with my eyes with them unlit) around three of them were harder to get in and out of sockets because of what I think was too much solder stuck to the side of the male socket on the bulb, and two of them failed to light completely and showed signs of some scorching on the area that had solder abnormalities on the hard to install bulbs. What this says to me is that these bulbs are manufactured to a two sigma standard as far as quality control is concerned. That means every three bulbs, one will fail to work. If you want to look at quality control problems that don't result in failure, it's more like a 1 sigma manufacturing process. Amazon will accept defective bulbs mailed back to them, but I'm still trying to mail mine back, so I guess I'll cross my fingers.
Summary: This is the only Halogen Incandescent Daylight tinted light bulb I could find, and it worked really well, except for the 33% defective thing (or 0% defective if you only count the 53W ones. Amazon offset the cost of the defects by allowed return of defective merchandise, but that doesn't pay for the customers wasted time. Still, I believe these bulbs are worth the wasted time to mail a few defective ones back. They don't seem to get all that much hotter to me, and that heat is beneficial in the winter, so I will switch out to Soft White in the summer. They help a lot with the dismalness of a cold northern winter, they are amazing to read under, and are very bright compared to other "daylight" tinted incandescent bulbs. I have never run into a whiter incandescent other than Philips non-halogen "Daylight" bulbs. It's just a shame these aren't available in the local stores or through another vendor so the price might come down a little. The current price per bulb three to six times the price of supermarket sold incandescent soft white by Sylvania, and double the price of incandescent Sylvania Daylight bulbs.
Since I'm so happy with the 66% of my order that worked, I'm giving it four stars

I bought these bulbs to help with SADD. Winter is approaching fast in Alaska and our days are getting shorter. I've tried numerous other "daylight" bulbs but have been disappointed with the erie psycho ward glow they all seem to put out. Bright white LED might be my next try when the prices finally dip. As for the Philips "natural light" bulbs I'm not dissapointed. There is a very calm natural feeling to the light. The problem is the intensity isn't there. The light doesn't bounce off walls and fill in shadows very well. The room kind of takes on whatever color you have your walls painted. I wouldn't recommend fighting depression with brown walls and these bulbs. Due to this tendency multi-bulb fixtures are needed to fill in the shadows. Sort of negates any energy savings.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Philips 53-Watt A19 EcoVantage Light Bulb, Natural Light

The lamp is a gift for a friend who has a green mid-century modern-style sofa and has mentioned that he needed more light in his appartment. I think this lamp will do wonderfully! I like the fact that you can move around each indiviual light to direct it where you need it, and the product is very attractive. If he doesn't like it, he can give it back to me and I'd be very happy with it! But I really think he will like it.Friday, August 15, 2014
Best Normande Lighting FP3-203 13W Daylight Spectrum Rocket Accent Lamp Deals
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This is definitely an accent lamp. Don't expect to get enough light to read or do homework. i watch a lot of scary shows right before bed, so I leave this on all night. It is only slightly brighter than a nightlight and I enjoy the blue glow behind me.
The lamp is quite small. At first I was nervous because the lampshade was so small that it almost touches the lightbulb inside. I was afraid if I left it on it would get hot and melt. But it neither gets hot nor melts after 24-48 hours of constant use. Probably the high efficiency bulb that it uses...I'm old and used to old lightbulbs....heck, when I was growing up you could bake a tiny cake in a plastic oven with nothing more than a lightbulb.
Groovy lamp. Sturdy.
It needs to be emphasized that this is an accept lamp. It is meant to add a decoratative touch to a room. This is probably not going to be bright enough to use a reading lamp or any application that needs substantial illumination.
A couple of annoyances: There is no switch on the lamp itself. There switch in on the cord about a foot from the lamp base. This means that wherever you place the lamp, the cord must be accessible to turn it off and on. If you intend to feed the cord behind the back of a table or desk, that will be as problem. I knew when I ordered it that this was the case, but still, a switch on the lamp would be much more functional. Although the shade is translucent, you can see the bulb when it is lit (the swirls of the CFL bulb). It doesn't look quite a nice as it could.
Despite the gripes this is an attractive, very low wattage accept lamp that looks more expensive that it is and I'm pleased with it.
This serves as a large night light, and doesn't use much energy doesn't get hot, only slightly warm at most. It dramatically improves the atmosphere of a room that would either have too bright lighting late at night or would otherwise have only a computer monitor providing non-soft light. It softens a room, makes me feel ready to call it a night and somehow good about it.
Before electric lighting entered people's lives, humans had a different sleep rhythm that was more satisfying and made people far more awake during daylight hours. Now we have a lot of new literature about sleep hygiene. One thing recommended is to reduce lighting prior to sleep. This lamp does that in a way that feels natural and good to me.
Jan. 6, 2012:
This blue light is better than expected. It's helpful to have a blue light as the only light prior to bedtime.
May 2, 2013
I bought one for my kids room. I let them fall asleep with it on and they love it.
This little light is nice as an accent lamp and I find it produces just enough light that I can use it at my computer desk while I surf the internet. The level of light is too dim for much else, but it is just right when a small amount of light is all you need. The blue shade encompasses the bulb and it shines blue when the lamp is in use, for a reasonably attractive appearance.
While I can certainly agree with the cuteness factor of this light, I must admit that it isn't the perfect lighteven for a small lightfor several reasons. For one, I do not like the fact that the switch is located on the cord. I have the lamp placed on my desk with the cord leading to the rear of the desk, toward an outlet. This means that, to turn the light on and off, I have to constantly reach for the cord and pull it forward to get my hands on the switch. I would like it much better if the on/off switch was right on the lamp itself. Yes, the lamp is small but the manufacturer could have figured out a better place to put it.
Another quality I'm not so thrilled with is the changing of the bulb. There are three small screws that need to be handloosened to remove the shade and get to the bulb, then refastened by hand to put it back on. This is less convenient than I prefer, and in addition to that, the shade is flexible and it doesn't really fit perfectly inside the base. When you handfastened the screws, you will notice that the shade now has a squashed appearance when viewed from above, looking down. You don't notice this when viewed from the side, which is the way most people will view the lamp, but I am still a little surprised that the lamp shade was designed this way. It would be better if it was more solid and fit perfectly in place.
Overall, however, this is still a decent little lamp and it does look cute on my desk top. The amount of light it produces isn't much and it does have some other problems, but it has enough good qualities to recommend.
Sturdy.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This is a small, nice looking accent lamp. The shade is plastic but looks like glass from a distance. The base is metal. The bottom has a felt covering so it can be used on surfaces that might scratch easily. It does not use standard lamp bulbs. The bulb has a smaller "candelabra" type base. You have to use a CFL (fluorescent) bulbs not a standard incandescent one. A bulb is supplied with the lamp.It needs to be emphasized that this is an accept lamp.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I had wanted a lamp just like this and would have been very pleased to purchase it at this price had it not been given to me for review. It's not for reading because the bulb doesn't give much brightness. This is strictly a very soft blue light to help make the transition to sleep.

I bought one for my kids room. I let them fall asleep with it on and they love it.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Normande Lighting Spectrum Rocket Accent Lamp is a cute, small lamp that makes a good choice for a desktop or other place where a small amount of lighting is needed. The lamp comes with its own light bulba fluorescent bulb that uses few watts and costs little to operateand it ready to use in minutes out of the box.
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This is a tiny little lamp about 12 inches tall that puts off a minimal amount of light. The lamp shade and base are solid and well made. Not sure what you would use this light for except perhaps on a desk to give off a little light over a paper. However if you are loooking for a small lamp that gives off minimal light this is a classy looking lamp that is well made.Sunday, August 3, 2014
Discount 12V Color Light Organ Kit
This was my first electronics kit. I was worried I'd be too rookie at soldering and mess this up since it's got so many components, but it ended up working fine. For anyone new to soldering, just take your time, have a clear well lit space, and read up a bit on soldering to make sure you do it right. It's surprisingly easy.
Fine tuning took me a couple hours of turning the settings half a degree this way and that way. It works fine without fine tuning but I'm picky and I wanted it as perfect as possible.
The picture doesn't show it but this also comes with a small black box with a transparent cover to put this in for whatever installation you might use it in, and a sensitivity dial that can be put somewhere more accessible than the circuit.
I'm not too fond of the connectors it came with to wire up the lights power and audio, but they work fine.

This is a good electronic project. Not only do you get to sharpen your soldering skills but you can have fun looking at the schematic and seeing what exactly happens. My only complaint is that my Mid Freq doesn't work. I am have tried debugging it but I haven't figured out what is wrong! but I am going to give the company the benefit of doubt in that they didn't send me any defective components. the other frequencies work fine although they are very sensitive sometimes the LED's stay on without blinking when play some of my Dubstep music. Overall it does what I want and it was fun putting it together!Best Deals for 12V Color Light Organ Kit
It was somewhat tedious to build but well worth it. You need a very small soldering pencil (1-2mm tip) and a small work stand with magnifying glass.Friday, July 11, 2014
Buy Woodbridge Lighting 13781WHT Baby Marge RGB LED Mood Table Lamp
We first encountered Baby Marge at a rooftop restaurant in Rome, Italy and set about to purchase one for ourselves. We were so fortunate to find it on Amazon. We bought several. We marvel at the color changes. It's controlled by a remote control that allows the lamp to go through all sorts of color sequences. It operates on rechargable batteries, so it can be placed anywhere, indoors or out. It does take several hours to recharge.

This is a stunning lamp, and I was entirely pleased with it. It arrived in flawless condition. The shade is beautiful and has a wonderful texture. The base has a nightlight. It looks beautiful in my living room, and matches my mission end table completely. HOWEVER, the manufacturer has included a warning to inform the customer this lamp contains lead, which has been know to cause cancer and birth defects. After on-line research regarding lead toxicity, I am fairly confident in this product's safety, and I intend to purchase another one to add symmetry and balance to my living room.

If you live in the Midwest or further East be warned. If you purchase an item from Lamps Plus, you will pay a shipping fee of at least $20-$25. I was not satisfied with the look of the lamp in it's designated place, or very impressed with the overall quality. I was told to ship the return via UPS or Fedex, and was charged $55. I used these to replace the bulbs in my bathroom where I do my hair and makeup. The difference in light quality is stunning! If it really lasts two years I will be very happy as we have over 11 foot ceilings and changing the bulbs is quite a chore.
I've tried all types of LED and CFL to try to be more energy efficient but even the most expensive LED gave off dim, strange light so I've been using the GE Reveals instead at least if I'm going to use incandescent it should be the best quality, I figured. But these are even better quality than the regular Incandescent Reveal bulbs.
We pay extra for renewable energy from ConEd (hydro & wind) so hopefully that offsets the fact that I can't tolerate the light quality of a more energy efficient bulb.
HAve to admit.. totally a great bulb, very long lasting ( 4 months later still working) great Reveal color.. just wish the pricing was better GE cause I think this scares people away from trying.
Update: Ok so the two I have installed last Feb are still going strong while the other kitchen lights I am using the plain 75 wtt Reveals have blown out at least 4 times so far. Am using up the last of my old fashioned 75 wt and then will replace with these but again.. GE you need to improve the costs..
The second flaw is more minor, at least in my application. That glass rod in the middle of the bulb throws a shadow. In my ceiling fixture that's not a big deal, but I can see if you have something like a table lamp that you can't rotate to put the slight shadow in back, it might be irritating.
Of the four installed bulbs, one lasted less than two weeks. Even without any concrete proof, I have to attribute this to a physical issue caused by transportation. These could end up being very expensive lighting for me.
UPDATE 02/21/2013
The second bulb burned out today. That leaves two of four bulbs working after about three weeks. When I'd lost one of four as described above I'd actually considered replacing it because the color of the light is so nice. But with a 50% failure rate, I guess I'll give up on these.

My kitchen demands 75 watt bulbs ( 10) and my eyes prefer the Reveal but the regular Reveal 75 watt just blew out monthly it seemed which was costly and a PIA to change... Have tried a bunch of the new bulbs and the colors are crummy so I thought to try this one despite the ludicrous price.HAve to admit.. totally a great bulb, very long lasting ( 4 months later still working) great Reveal color.. just wish the pricing was better GE cause I think this scares people away from trying.

I really like the quality of the light from these bulbs but they have two flaws. The first is that they are physically fragile. Of the four I ordered, one arrived broken even though they were individually VERY well bubble wrapped by Amazon. If you look closely at the picture, you can see a large glass rod in the middle of the bulb. This had become detached in the broken unit, and was rattling around inside. Amazon quickly replaced it with no hassle, but I can see that there is an inherent problem with shipping these. The second flaw is more minor, at least in my application. Once I have a photo of them hanging, I'll update the review. We put these lights over our kitchen island. They look beautiful. I have bought 3 of these lamps so that ought to tell you how much I like them. I bought one for myself for sewing projects and love it so I bought two more as gifts for a crafter and a jewelry maker. I leave mine on an end table by my couch so that it is handy in the evening when I'm watching television. I keeps me organized and gives terrific natural lighting. It closes up when I'm finished and is not an eye sore during the day. I cannot imagine that everyone wouldn't find a use for the Craft Caddy Lamp ... for reading, crossword puzzles, paying your bills, kids coloring....................

Purchased this lamp to use when we do crafts. Our home is not well lit and this is quite helpful. I light is bright, but does not bother my eyes, the caddy is ok. I have not used it much. The lamp arm does not extend so much, so dont expect it to light up a huge area.Best Deals for Ottlite High Definition 13W Craft Caddy Lamp
The lamp is great for any kind of craft work with generously sized nooks for placing tools or pens, pencils and brushes. The light is also very nice as Ott bulbs usually are and it is bright enough to work by alone, better in conjunction with natural lighting. The bulb lasted one day and then popped and died. The lamp had not been touched except to turn it off once and turn it back on. Rather than try to get a refund or replacement. I just bought a new bulb that has worked great. I took off one star for the bad bulb.Honest reviews on Ottlite High Definition 13W Craft Caddy Lamp
