Very pretty lamps and very heavy, which was what I was looking for. Lamp shades are a little darker color than in the picture, but that actually is a good thing. Very sturdy and have that "old world" charm.

Tube Headboard Clip Lamp Top Heavy. I bought this to clamp on top of a computer monitor. It was to top heavy. Not sure how it would fair with a headboard?Seems ok. Didnt come with bulb. Kind of a bummer.

I wanted a headboard light that would give me just enough to read comfortably. This lamp accomplished that. My only criticism is that it is somewhat "top heavy" which makes it difficult to keep it clipped onto the headboard. We had broken a similar lamp and were looking for a replacement set. The quality is fair. The stem that holds on the shade was incredibly warped which made the shade askew. It was also at least two inches too long so the bulbs were showing under the lampshade. We had to go and buy new stems to make the lamp work and now it is a decent lamp, although cannot hold a candle to the Dale Tiffany lamps we purchased a few years ago. Granted they were around $250 a lamp.

I use the timer to operate an outdoor pump for a waterfall. Initially, I had trouble understanding that all the pins had to be pushed in except for those correlating to the time. Once I figured that out, the unit does the job. I would recommend this product.

I wanted a timer to turn off a garden fountain at night, and this does the job perfectly. It was a little awkward to mount, needing two screws in a stucco wall, but it works just fine. Used in the upright position as directed, the unit lost time continually (1 or 2 hours per day approx.) and sometimes seemed to get stuck when it reached an ON pin. OK, first off there was a loose piece of plastic in the timer rattling around in there. Not very comforting. Then it looked like the 'previous owner' tried to pry the plastic timer cover off its hinges. And there were scratches on the plastic case.Then let me tell you, these were the worst user instructions I have ever seen. Who writes these things? The 'pins' are not really pins but rather minature black piano keys. And you don't push them toward the center of the dial. YOU PUSH THEM DOWN to set them. Just put the thing on its back and push down on the top row of what looks like black piano keys. That's how you set the range.
Now, the next thing was the power cord that came with this thing. It is so thick and short that it practically springs the timer off the wall. The timer is rated for 15 amps for krisake. And the cord is only one foot long. I had to go buy an extention cord and clamps to mount this thing on the wall.
Was it working? I don't know yet. At this time I am running it to see if it runs. Remember that broken plastic piece? So far it looks ok. We'll see. I don't like bad-mouthing products and I picked this one for its simplicity. Mechanical and on/off on a timer. However, if I knew then what I know now I would have chosen a different timer.

Have looked many places but have never found a lamp shade with such depth. It fits our lamp in style and is long enough to hang below the depth of the bulb. I ordered this lamp hoping the color in the picture was true to form. It was. My piano is made of dark rosewood and this lamp blends in with it like it was made for it. The lamp is tall enough to be able to fit above the sheet music or books and still be able to adjust so that the light doesn't hit my eyes when I'm playing. It is a gorgoeus lamp and practical. The lamp's width allows it to have two lightbulbs that give out enough light to read my music without being harsh. Also the added width allows for the light to shine on both pages of a book, a real plus. I put in two 25 watt ornamental bulbs and they are the perfect amount of light. Love the lamp. It is a lovely lamp, but it's appearance is only surpassed by its functionality. A good buy.

The lamp I received is probably a product previously returned by another customer. It's defective. One of the lamp sockets does not work. The inside of the defective socket appears to have burnt-out mark, such as wire burnt-out. I tried anyway, using light bulbs that were proven working on the defective socket, and of course, did not light up. The merchant should have taken the time to examine their product before shipping to an unsuspecting cumstmer! I am returning this good-for-nothing thing.Saturday, July 19, 2014

I rarely write reviews but I am so pleased with my purchase that I had to write. The lamp is sleek, modern, with clean lines and a cork-textured shade. It's elegant but also robust and modern enough for livelier settings. Unlike the previous lamp I order (and sent back) this lamp works well with the energy saver bulbs. I especially like that the lamp uses two bulbs and that there is one hanging light switch for each bulb; this way you have the choice of having one or both bulbs illuminated. If I had paid more for this lamp I still would feel I made an amazing purchase.

I purchased 2 lamp's and they are as pictured, very nice and I love the color and aged look, just what I was looking for. I gave 4 stars because for the price I think the quality should be a little better and wish they were a little heavier. I received one lamp defective and it was promptly replaced, seller's are great and lamp's came quickly and beautifully packaged. Will buy from them again this seller get's 5 star's.

...when I unpacked the box, one of the bases of the lamps was damaged. The base wouldn't sit flat on the table. It's WAY too much trouble to re-pack the lamps and send them back. I was going to try to tap the base out, but was afraid I'd damage the lamp even more. Since this is going into a spare bedroom, I'm not too concerned, but it sure would have been nice to receive a perfect pair.

I have looked at this lamp for months perhaps even a couple years. Finally I took the plunge and ordered it. Everything arrived intact. Shade, etc were all in good condition. Still haven't told my husband I bought--and I need some help with the harp on the shade. It will look great in my entryway. Good for me and good for the lamp place!!I bought two of these for my mother. They're handsome and she likes them. Would have preferred that it be able to handle a 3-way bulb but that's the only complaint.

I ordered this lamp for my brother-in-law. I was a little worried at first because I had never really ordered anything like in on Amazon before and didn't want it to show up and be way smaller than it looked or to end up looking really cheap. Well it arrived at my brother-in-law's house and he opened it up and loved it! A few months later when I went to visit him I went into his room to check it out. To my pleasant surprise it was beautiful! Just as I had imagined and just like it looks in the pictures. It was the perfect size for a desk/dresser lamp which is exactly what I wanted. My faith in Amazon items shot up and has remained high ever since as a result. I would definitely recommend this lamp and seller to everybody I meet.

Best Kichler Lighting 70791 Collage Reef Kids Table Lamp Deals
This is a beautiful lamp and well-made. I haven't brought this lamp to my beach home and when I do I hope it looks good in my room and with my decor. I gave it four stars because even though the lamp was packaged very well my bottom starfish was loose. There are rods that stick out from the reef that attaches the shell items to the lamp. I discovered the bottom starfish was not firmly attached and came off the rod. I called Lamps Plus Customer Service to tell them about my situation. I did ask what the best glue would be to attach the starfish because I didn't want to send the lamp back when everything else was fine. I was told to purchase some Gorilla Glue to glue the piece back on. When I asked if they would send me the glue, I was told they don't carry it. Since I already paid almost $200 for this lamp it ticks me off that I would have to shell out more money to repair this lamp myself. I was not even offered a discount because the lamp was not all intact. Since this lamp was so expensive I am disappointed that it was not inspected before shipping. If it had, this imperfection would have been discovered and I wouldn't have to be repairing a brand new lamp.

I love this little lamp. My first one came with a bad solar cell but Amazon exchanged it no hassles, no cost to me. I've had the new lamp for several weeks now and I'm totally loving it. It is so cool to just pop the little cell out and set it in a window while I'm at work then when I come home it's all charged and ready for night use. No electric cord to hassle with, it's totally portable. I hope to replace more of my electric and battery items with solar ones. Every little penny saved on my electric bill is worth it.
