theese lights dont come with lamp shaded. its a horrible run around. amazon doesnt even know that they come with out the shades.

This was purchased as a Christmas present and silly me, I did not open the box before giving it. It was discovered upon opening that it did not have the lamp shades, only the metal part. Amazon will not just send shades, so in order to get what was ordered, the whole huge thing would have to be sent back so a replacement could be sent.

Just save yourself the hassle and spend a little extra to get something quality, or go to a store and buy something similar to this where you will end up with what you purchased.

There are issues, the light itself is not bad, the install however is more tricky than some may like. No directions for starters. The round cover plate which attaches to the ceiling is not large enough to cover my standard round ceiling electrical box??? I need to go and get a new cover plate in chrome to make it work. That's annoying. That said the price was untouchable and if I can get the cover plate for 3-4 bucks it will not bother me too much. Using it over a pool table

I searched high and low for the perfect lamp and I think this is it. Sure it probably isn't everyones thing the crystal pieces are all shaped like diamonds and catch the lights in the most amazing way. The base is solid and study and made of REAL metal (it isn't cheap plastic like some other lamps). The lamp arrived in a very secure and protected box and nothing was damanaged not even the lamp shade because it was shipped in its own seperate box inside of the larger lamp box. All and all this was an excellent purchase and I'm very happy.

This lamp is absolutely gorgeous! I've been looking for a crystal lamp for several months and finally purchased this one. It arrived today and the diamond shape of the crystals is gorgeous. Each "diamond" is faceted so that is sparkles like real stones. Everyone that has seen it today is amazed at how beautiful it is.

Packing was good so the lamps (2) came intact. Shades are nice texture but one of the harps doesn't want to stay completely straight. Coloring was as anticipated and complement my room perfectly. Love the way the lamp looks, but it wasn't easy to get the globes in place. There were extra "rings" around the base of the lamp holders. My husband had to remove those before the glass globes would fit on.

I'm always nervous about buying from a picture on the internet, but this was a pleasant surprise. This is a beautiful lamp that we are using in our Master Bedroom. The night light portion creates a nice ambiance in the room and makes it look warm, cozy and inviting. It creates a very relaxing atmosphere. When I was younger, I'm sure thoughts other than relaxation would be in my description, but alas, those days are over. This product is poorly represented by the picture shown here. It is much more like the similar tower lamp also made by this manufacturer. There is no "hourglass" shape to this item and the lace on the two that I received were discolored. They are very vintage 1950, and not in a good way. I will be returning these items next Tuesday.

I purchased 2 lamp's and they are as pictured, very nice and I love the color and aged look, just what I was looking for. I gave 4 stars because for the price I think the quality should be a little better and wish they were a little heavier. I received one lamp defective and it was promptly replaced, seller's are great and lamp's came quickly and beautifully packaged. Will buy from them again this seller get's 5 star's.
