The lava lamp is great and my son loves it. The only thing was the bulb was broken when we received it and we had to incur the cost to find a bulb to replace it.

Absolutely beautiful. I gave it to my mother for Christmas and I'm tempted to break into her house and steal it. Seriously, I've got a few similar lamps and this one is the nicest I've purchased. The base surprised me. It's very heavy duty and ornate. Kind of a heavy lamp so beware of kids. Two bulbs and two pull cords. Excellent!

Received my lamp yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful, the colors are just stunning. I am now thinking of buying another one but wish it also came in a floor size lamp to match. The packaging was a little bit of a pain as it seemed rather old the tape was aged yellow and the molded styrofoam disintegrated all over the floor the min you opened it up and was a huge pain to clean up otherwise I'm so happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

This lamp is gorgeous! The colors are brilliant especially when the lamp is lit. The base is very heavy which means my cats can't knock it over. My husband even thinks it is perfect. If you are on the fence, I would say go ahead it is beautiful.

The red dragonfly lamp is the perfect size for where I wanted to use it and the colors perfectly match my oriental rug. The lamp is prettier than it looks in the display picture. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Only issue was with putting one of the lamps together. It was crooked at first so took it apart again & receiving thread in bottom of main tube was inn to far. One star off for that. Was able to unscrew it so it was placed properly and lamp was perfect after that! Assembly was simple otherwise and wrench was included.

Product arrived very promptly, packaged well, and was exactly what I was hoping for. Good quality slate pieces match my slate tile tables well. Shades are actually a nice microfiber texture, better quality than I had expected.

Review of Disney Pixar Cars Table Lamp

Customer Ratings:

I've been searching for a table lamp for my kid's room. I opted for a Car's one and was trying to find the best price. All I'm going to say is why on Earth would anyone pay $76, (current price here on Amazon), for this lamp when you can buy it at online from Home Depot for $20? Can anyone spell "rip-off"?

Discount Swing Arm Table Lamp W/mica Shade

Customer Ratings:

I love this lamp. The mica provides a warm golden color of light that has great appeal for me. It feels cozy, warm, relaxing and secure. I'm using it for a bed side lamp, and it's perfect for relaxing and getting ready to sleep. The swing arm feature makes it a good reading lamp too. Not too dim and not too bright.

The lamps were well packed and arrived in excellent condition and earlier than expected at my home here in South Korea. They have a real art deco feel to them and blend perfectingly into my contemporary living room. Made from good quality material, I expect them to last for years. I really like them! Excellent purchase and I am proud to own them!

I'm a college student and my dorm's lighting fixtures are far from pleasant. Fluorescent lighting is harsh and makes me feel like I'm in a hospital at all hours of the day. This lamp provides a nice warm glow do to the cream color of the shade. It's a nice heavy construction with the frame being made out of metal and the shade being made out what seems to be plastic that is wrapped in a cream fabric. I love the lamp and I've had no problems with it! I highly recommend it.

Normande Lighting GS3-3122-BS Compact Fluorescent Desk Lamp Reviews

Customer Ratings:

I wanted a small size dresser top lamp with a brushed metal finish to blend in with our new "look" of mid-century modern. This lamp is perfect! It arrived quickly, was packaged with good protection and easy to pull together...I say "pull" because you pull the cord through the metal support/flexible neck and out the bottom of the base.A third hand is helpful to hold the top half of the stand while you carefully screw it into the bottom half of the stand, but you could probably do it yourself....just go slowly so threads aren't stripped. It does come with a fluorescent bulb and provides good light. I don't use it as a desk lamp, but the light looks like it would work well there, so might get another one for our desk. It really looks good without being a large, bulky size like our old lamp. I would definitly recommend this to others.

The package was the best that I ever seen from Amazon. Totally protected so there was probably no chance to get damage during the shipping. The poles were solid and high quality. The shades were little bit yellowish than shown on web picture. I would definitely recommend this light.

I have a small guest bedroom and these fit perfectly! They are skinny, take very little space, are extremely well made, packed really well and super fast delivery. All parts attach smoothly like butter, there is a dent on the base to accommodate the electric cord and the electric cord itself is black (instead of that hideous transparent yellow). The off white colored lampshades are equally nice. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I'm really liking the lamp so far. Some observations:

Pros:

1) Material feels good; sturdy and heavy enough to imply quality, but still light enough to easily lift with one hand.

2) Really easy to assemble: Connect base with lamp; Two small allen screws (tool provided); and Screw lamp shade on. Instructions provided, but really not needed.

3) The bulb / lamp shade part can be turned left, right, up, or down(although doesn't go any lower than 90 degrees).

4) All the joints are stiff enough to keep its position in place. Just put a hand down on the base to hold it down to make adjustments.

5) So far the latch that holds the height in place has held well.

Cons:

1) It's probably larger than you expect. With it at the lowest height, it's slightly over 2 feet tall (base to top of shade). About 2.5 feet horizontal from the rear joint to where the shade ends. Although the horizontal length decreases as you increase its height.

2) Doesn't get any lower than what is shown in the picture. ie: The angle between the two poles can not be less than 135 degrees.

3) Doesn't come with a lightbulb. I've never bought a light before, so perhaps that's pretty standard, but I was expecting one.

Overall I'm really satisfied.

I needed a lamp for working on crafts, so after looking at all the reviews, I bought this one. I did see one review that said the screws and Allen wrench were missing, but didn't think that would happen to me....wrong. The packaging was great, the quality of the lamp is great, it arrived on time, but it's missing the two screws to hold it together. I am not going to send it back, way too much trouble. I can find screws that will work. I am giving it 4 stars just because the screws were missing, otherwise it would have been 5.

Previous comments said screw holes did not line up. I had no problem...I think the others may not have pushed the connecting ends securely in.

It has two light intensities...I only expected one.

It is an excellent reading lamp...and a great price!!!

Good quality lamp and it even came with a spare bulb, not that you are gonna need more than 1 bulb over the life of the lamp. My lamps stay on 4-7 hours a day and last an average of 10 years before they start to show problems.

Okay, First you can tell its 3 led's lighting the pimento. its is not as opaque and iridescent as the picture shows. just looks plastic with 3 red lights in it..

second, defiantly has a cool factor to it. looks kinds sleek, and retro.

third.. PIECE OF CRAP BROKE!!! so i was changing the batteries, and the end of the battery holder just snapped right off. the holder is lightweight cheep plastic. (shocking i know).

review: nice look, red led obvious, buy super-glue before you change the batteries. batteries included. (nice touch)

This item (If you look at the product headline, is supposed to be battery-operated. It is NOT. It needs to be plugged into an AC outlet. And, the ac converter is supplied with the item. But, there are no batteries or battery compartment. I wrote to the seller, LumiSource to ask them if there was in fact a place to put batteries. I got the automatically generated response and a promise that someone would respond. That response never happened. It's a plug-in, folks.

Ordered this for a "gag" gift. Box came like it had gone thru the war...broken and opened. Item inside was broken. RETURNED. Got a second one. Batterty door as said in other reviews was totally broken into bits. RETURNED. Just got a third one which looked exactly like the first one! Think they just resent it! Disappointed in lack of quality control AMAZON! Woud rate this zero if I could.
