For a 4 pack, it was a good price. A bit less wattage than my last bulb I bought locally. These are very bright in the bedroom. I am more used to the warmer yellow light, but these are less intense than my bluer 100 watt equivalent. Only 5000k instead of the 5300k 100 watt bulb. So, it is daylight in my bedroom.

If you had a 4 day power outage, you could use these with a small 12v inverter and a 100ah battery set up and have great light. Only 2.5amps plus .5amp for your inverter. So only 3amps. Run 5 hrs a night would last about 5-6 nights. Longer if you used it sparingly. So they would last longer than an incandescent bulb. A 125watt bulb would be slightly over 10amps, and would last less than 10 hours or 2 nights at 5 hours per night. It would light your living room, or dining room/kitchen like daylight. You could play cards, read a book, or anything. With a solar charger you could charge the battery up during the day, as after a storm the weather generally clears. You'd be glad to have economical and bright bulbs.
