Reviews of Holtkoetter 6514 SN TRW Lighting for The Aging Eye Halogen Table
This is a wonderful lamp, but I was dismayed to find that the bulbs have been discontinued all over the Internet. They are available only at Holtkoetter.com. I am keeping the lamps only because tinted replacement windows, better for Arizona than leafy NC, have made my living room dreary and dark. These lamps on either side of the mantel are the perfect cure. I just have to hope that the bulbs will continue to be available. I feel a bit snookered and probably would not have placed the order had I known I would be dependent on one web site for speciality bayonet-based replacement bulbs. The bulbs are 2000 hours and cost $24 each. The lamp directions state that using a bulb other than the Osram bulb could cause a fire.
