Nice light and design. Great on my small home desk.Does what is says it does.

On the down side the light will break easily if you try and adjust it too hard.

You can't twist the light head and make it line up straight. You have to twist the

whole light so it's in a straight line. I guess I'm trying to say it's not easily

adjustable. Hope it holds up and it will be worth the money for sure.

I have this light in my office at work. I work in a cubicle setting with fluorescent lights. I had my overhead lights turned off and just use this as my light source. It gives off great light. and living in Maine, with minimal sunlight during the winter, my moods seem better too.

The design of this lamp is a bit awkward. You use screws at each joint of the lamp to hold it in position. Over time, the lamp tends to lean. I wish the on/off switch wasn't at the back of the light, it would have been better placed at the base of the lamp, which would probably have made the overall structure of the lamp stronger & more stable.

That being said, it's a lower priced lamp than others I was searching for & it does the job without looking too shabby. Recommended for dorms or apartment living.

I have not noticed any overly cheap construction to this. It positions well and the light is what I'm looking for. The adjustable angle of the bulb even means I can adjust the brightness to an extent.
