I had bought 2 of these because they were in my price range and matched my decor really well. Unfortunately, when I received them, they were smaller than what the advertisement stated. I immediately contacted their customer service chat, which was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find (could not find a telephone number anywhere). I told them it wasn't fair I had spent money on something they advertised incorrectly and should have received the item that WAS advertised. They weren't very helpful and the guy could barely TYPE English with typos and lines that didn't make any sense. Not-so-great customer service.

Now to the lamp. It's really cute, BUT one of the lamps where the golden design is on the body is rubbed off half way, so it looks like they didn't even check to see if that one was okay to sell. Secondly, the lampshades are REALLY cheap. You can see the glue all over the back. They basically folded it over and glued it with really dark yellow glue. Horrible. Luckily, you can turn that to the back, but still shouldn't have to pay $27 for something a 5 year old could have made look better.

Like I said, I really like the lamp, but it is NOT worth the money or the hassle.

It's horrible quality and is very cheap.

You will most likely get something you are not satisfied with.

Stay away from this lamp! It is cheaply made and has scratches all over the front of it. Definately not worth $27.00. Seems like something that you could get for $3.99 on a clearance table at a dicount store.

The lamp is very elegant looking and very bright for its size...which I like. The relatively small size makes it an excellent bed side lamp.

The only problem I have with it is location of the on/off switch, I have never being able to turn on/off without having to look into the lamp shade to find the switch.

When you try to turn the lamp on, they are so lightweight they tip over or you end up partially picking them up as you turn them on. This is so annoying that I almost never turn it on. I had two, but one broke when it tipped over when I was trying to turn it on.

The lamp is very attractive but it is wobbly and it will break from falling. It needs more weight on the bottom. The switch feels awkward to use.
