This was simply what it stated. good quality. worked as it should. No problems. not cheap, but no frills either.It is an average lamp socket.

These inexpensive lamp sockets seem to be satisfactory replacements for the manufacturer-supplied soockets which invariably fail after several years' use.

I had a table lamp where I needed to replace the socket. Worked well. Was fairly easy and straightforward to install. My one small complaint is that I don't like the way that the top piece fits into the bottom piece. It's a "pressure fit", but its done with flimsy metal. Not sure how much pressure that really provides. Good news is that it's working just fine!

Product worked well. Easy to install for even the most novice of do it yourselfer. Rebirth of old lamps that now give off lots of light. Would buy them again!

Used to replace faulty 3 way socket on lamp. Very well built, should be after all it is GE, and easy to install. Better than buying a new lamp.
