I got this lamp for my bedside table for reading before bed. It's not what your going to get for a more expensive price, but all in all, it's a decent lamp. I am pleased with the light it produces, and that it takes an incandescent bulb. However, the shade is very cheaply made. One of mine arrived with the shade totally out of the ring at the top, the other is ok, but is somewhat crooked. All in all, as I said it's not a bad lamp, but I rated it lower because of the shades. I'm not sure how long it will be before I have to go out and buy new ones.

I bought this lamp for my new office and it sits on my desk. As i have aged, i need to add more light to areas to see more clearly, I love the adjustable arm that helps me focus on paper and drawings without me having to adjust the paper. Great value for the price of the lamp.Easy to assemble

Looks much more elegant than the price would indicate. Functions beautifully and switch is easily accessable as it is located on the stand and not on the electric cord. Suitable for either living rooom or bedroom.

I wouldn't recommend this product. Although the metallic structure of the lamp is okay, the shade came wrinkled and loose/dettached at the seam. It looks terrible. I did not bother to return it since--although it is defective--the seller asked me to pay for shipping and potentially charge me the original "free" shipping. I just purchased a replacement shade at Target. Beware of shipping terms for defective items. I do not recommend this item or seller.

The lamp looks very nice along with the shade. It fits well on my desk and provides enough light for the desktop.
