Review of OttLite Telescoping Lamp, Pink

I own a white Telscoping OttLite because of the brightness, true white lighting and the positioning abilities.

I wanted another one to brighten up my space and like some other reviewers, they do make excellent lighting for indoor photography. However, being that this is pink, it does cast a soft pink hue in comparison to my white lamp. This makes sense and it was an oversight on my behalf. I do need true white when working on my art so I just put a white paper inside the light and it solves the problem. Just keep this in mind if you need pure white lighting for whatever reason. I gave it a 4 star because OttLite boasts about true bright white light but if they color the inside of the light socket, it will cast that color onto whatever you are working on.This may not be a deal breaker to anyone but I wanted to toss that out there.

Much more stable than my other OttLite lamps, with a very heavy base. The light is bright and focused making it great for tiny beadwork. Wish it were available in a color other than pink though
