For Christmas a year ago, my 11 year old daughter received a small budget to use for redecorating her room. She wanted to go 'dogs'. This lamp has been in her room (moved around-unbeknownst to me until recently) and used several times a day and it is in amazing condition. Sturdy, strong and works perfectly. I worried initially because I was buying it online... I was concerned about the glass pieces during shipping and it's a touch lamp...hadn't seen one of these in years. I wondered about the quality. But, no worries. It arrived safely packaged and all we had to do was plug it in (like I said, it's been through a lot now and it's in perfect shape). The photos of the dogs are just so sweet. (She loves it)
