This is an adorable lamp that will look nice in any room. I ordered two for a very large breakfront/china cabinet that contains my collection of blue and white plates, and they look wonderful. They are first quality. The shade is beautiful, but a touch old-fashioned for my taste. I will probably replace them with narrow cone shades in black or white for an updated look. The cone shape looks great on the lamp--at least in Photoshop! The cord is a bit shorter than usual.
