This is a great little lamp unique nice detail. I ordered it because where I rent, i dislike the lighting over kitchen table. My table is against a wall so how I have the lamp situated it becomes an attractive table piece and provides nice ambience while eating. No matter where you place this item it will stand out. I absolutely love it. The shade itself is beautiful. I would recommend buying!!

I love the lamp it looks great on my bar between my kitchen and dining room and adds a soft dimension between the two rooms.

This is a great little lamp for the kitchen or family room. I have received many compliments on this gem. I didn't want a large lamp and this one fits the bill. While I like the rooster, my favorite part of the lamp is the lamp shade that contains small featherlike extensions which really adds interest and beauty to the lamp, IMHO.

I studied all the lamps with roosters on them, and I certainly made the right decision! I have a "Country French" kitchen with my roosters, not country, and this is a dressier lamp, which is exactly what I was looking for! It has gold trim at the bottom, the shade is a golden color, and I love the trim that hangs from the shade. The rooster stands proudly overlooking his kitchen--lol--and just really fits in with my decor. I think for a lovely lamp like this, the price was well worth it--it really shows off. I think you can tell that I couldn't be more pleased!
