I really loved the design and color of this shade. I thought it would be perfect for the living. What I didn't realize was that these shades were made for a doll house. So small! Ok, maybe they were built for a dollhouse but they were about 4 inches tall. I think the specs are a little misleading and it might be helpful if there was a picture of the item standing next to a ruler or a quarter even. At least the seller could give us buyers something to compare it to. If you are buying the shade for an extremely small decorative lamp, this may work for you. If you're looking for a full sized shade, you should look elsewhere. I gave the lamp shade 2 stars because it is very cute and seems to be well made but I took away 3 stars because of the incorrect specs. Needless to say, I sent the lamp back to Amazon.

These little lamp shades are very nice. The fabric is rich-looking and the light shines softly through them, lending a lovely ambiance to area.
