We got these lamps to clip to bookcases on either side of our bed so we could read before going to bed at night. The color blends perfectly with our Espresso colored bookcases and headboard. The clamp is sturdy and the lamps are easily turned on and off. The only critical thing about these lamps is that they are very bright, so I have to aim them away from my eyes. Otherwise, they're great!

Ordered this from the Amazon Warehouse where I saved some money because it didn't have the original box. Had it sent directly to my son in college, didn't know if we needed a desk lamp until he moved into his dorm. Great clip and great lamp, just enough to study by. Loved saving some money and having it shipped directly to the college, it saved me a lot of time.I will always look at the Warehouse department first before ordering things.
