I bought this for my step son and he used it for three days and after that the lava lamp stopped working changed the bulb and still nothing , don't know why this lamp broke so quickly

I recently purchased this product so I cannot say anything about the durability of it but it was a hit with my 7 year old right out of the box. it was quick to set up and it only took about an hour to get fully going. The only thing I can say is that the base does get very hot so we have to keep it in a safe place to prevent burns but that hasn't been an issue so far. The size is also smaller and thinner than most lava lamps so it makes it easy to find a place for it.
