First off I love the lamp. It's exactly what I was looking for in my eat in kitchen. Not that putting up a new light is very difficult if you have some basic knowledge of such things but the directions in this box are pathetic. I basically just had to figure it out myself which I did in about an hour. I always recommend Amazon. I saved over $75 compared to the next lowest price and being a Prime member the shipping was fast as always. I also love the product
