The lamp arrived with no shade. After talking to customer service three times, I have a shade even though it is not the one in the picture. Another lamp and shade have been shipped and all I wanted was a shade. I can't figure out why another lamp and shade were shipped. Now, the next hassle is to return the second lamp and shade! All three customer service people had difficulty communicating with me because English was not their first language. This has been a frustrating experience.
