When it arrived it did not work. I was very disappointed. Contacted seller through Amazon. Seller contacted me and gave the option of a refund or a new base. Got the new base and lamp works and looks great. Five stars for the service.Packaged well and arrived in great condition. Husband loved it! It is easy to put together and the touch sensors in the lamp work great.
