The lamp shade is nice and is exactly what I am looking for. That said, I ordered two shades and one arrived destroyed which I found pretty annoying but things happen. I put in for a replacement and mailed back the destroyed shade. Today I received the replacement shade and surprise! it is destroyed and unusable too. I am now onto ordering my third shade (second replacement) and this has been a huge hassle and run around to get packages back to Amazon. If the third shade comes destroyed I will be returning both the replacement and partner shade from my original order for a full refund. Amazon seems to be great at everything but there needs to be some sort of help in the shade shipping department :)

I saw the reviews about damage in shipping, but thought I would take my chances because it is hard to find this item. It came damaged and it isn't worth the hassle of returning it for the amount of money involved. My advice to prospective buyers is to find a Wal-Mart or Marshalls that carries lamp shades. I should not have ordered a lamp shade online.

I will never buy a lampshade online again. It was shipped very poorly by Amazon and only came wrapped in some paper. Which meant that the lampshade was bent all over. So not worth the online savings given that it was ruined when it arrived.

It's a simple, plain, white lamp shade. Attaches at the top with a hole in middle. The only thing I don't like is that it came kinda scrunched. There were sections all around the top of the shade that bend in and I had to press them out. Even doing that though, it left creases. I'm not horribly picky so it doesn't bother me enough to return it... just something to be caution of.
