I think the quality of the salt rock these are is good but the bulb inside was only 7 watts which did not even make the rock warm but the cord did not have a dimmer switch so we couldn't put a higher watt bulb in since we would want to dim it back down at night for night light use. Since the rocks weigh probably 30 lbs at least, I felt they needed more watts to warm the rock so that they could release the negative ions which was why I bought them in the first place. I found another company online that sells these lamps that had bulbs and cords with dimmer switches that could handle at least 15 to 40 watts so I ordered new cords and bulbs and now the lamps heat up more like they're supposed to. For the quality of the rocks from this company they would get 5 stars but with the size of the rock with only 7 watt bulbs and no dimmer switch, I reduced the stars to only 3.
