This was a great purchase. Just love the lamp and it's larger two-bulb sibling. The description is misleading the base and shaft are brushed steel, not polished, but the picture reflects the finish accurately. CFL bulb included. Cord is clear/silver. I love this lamp. The service was prompt and I would due business with them again.
