This lamp is a great sizeit looks bigger in person than in the picture. Perfect for a little boy's room. We are doing a beach themed nursery. Incredibly quick delivery. Appears to be very good quality.

Got this for my sons room. He loves it, so do I!! Got some other nautical themed items to go with it, and all together it looks like a dream! Go for it. p.s. as stated in some other reviews, it is"t very large. I ordered it after I noticed one review state its adorable but smaller than what she expected, I was afraid it would be tiny, no, its not tiny either. Its a medium sized lamp. I guess that's relative...Its a decent sized lamp for a kid ages 3 to 18 Id say, meaning not very small but not full full size like for an adult bedroom. I hope that clarifies things. Got it for my five year old son and Im sure we will enjoy it for many years to come.
