Just received the much anticipated Tiffany-styleMission Table Lamp....Delivery was great.....packaging was great.....BUT....Looking thru the item description it is indicated that the lamp was 20"x 20"( i assume the shade) and 27" in height when assembled...Even though the colors are close to the picture on the Amazon web site the size is of great importance.....the dimensions are 14"x14"x20" ...!!!!! ( and actually not even full 14"x14" if you wanna be technical!)....not even close to the advertized dimensions...i did measure twice to make sure....Cute lamp if you were getting the "mini-me" version...Now i have to go thru the trouble of repackaging and returning it and hope i'll have no issues getting my money and return shipping cost back....I am an Amazon customer, but this was a total let-down...:(((

This is not a table lamp. No plug, just a hard wire. It's about 12" tall, not 27" as advertised. The seller doesn't believe me and says their records show that they sent the right product. So even though I have repacked it in all it's messy, clingy styrofoam, I have to unpack it and send them a picture as proof. What terrible customer service! The Amazon agent says I have to do it, since I used that seller. Great. They send the wrong product and then hassle me about the return. It's also bad quality. Cheap plastic looking shade. Very unfortunate in every way.

Even better looking in person. While it seems orange is a dominant color in the glass, the whole lamp lets off a orangish color of warmth when it is on. When it is off there is no orange at all. I am very satisfied with the purchase in my opinion and the lamp was delivered in 4 days, when it wasn't supposed to arrive for another week!!
