I purchased this from Amazon, and it came just as expected. The bulb on this device is very dim, so if you buy this product I would reccommend buying a brighter bulb. If placing this in a room,the room must be completely dark to enjoy. The ball also moved slower than expected, but it did have the option to rotate in opposite directions. This should only be bought for a small room, but if you are looking for anything decent I would recomend purchasing anouther product.

After reading many reviews of this and other disco balls, I finally decided on this one. I was hesitant but it is a huge hit! We turned it on and it was nice and bright even in the daylight. It will for sure make for some good night time dancing fun. The cord is a decent size and the lights go a decent distance. Haven't had any rotating problems and it's not noisy one bit. Pure fun, no complaints!

It's cheap. It's plastic. It really quite lame. Therefore the kids absolutely love it! Works best in a smaller, darker room.

i got one for my room and it is Great. the lights and the way it reflects is truly DY NI MITE!!!!!!!!!!!!! i like it to reflect in the window so you can see it with the stars and Moon, that truly is off the Hook. a Great value and a cool fixture.

I have been looking for a disco ball for my daughter for several weeks. I almost didn't purchase this one because of the reviews stating that the light was very dim and hard to see. The light is actually brighter than I expected. When looking at the light directly it is very bright and adorable. I could even see the light reflecting on the wall. It is a disco light, so obviously the darker the room the better. Imagine if the lights were turned on at a real disco. I am very pleased with this purchase I cannot wait to give it to my 10 year old daughter for Christmas.
