The chandelier arrived without any flaws or cracks from shipment in a carton with molded Styrofoam to the shade interior and exterior configuration. Assembly and installation was easy and I did not require the instructions other than the exploded diagram.
I used 60 watt frosted bulbs and was impressed with the beauty of the soft ambient colors penetrating out from each cut glass piece. I wanted an inverted chandelier shade so glare would not compete with the large screen television in the family room. This worked out perfectly to my expectations for indirect lighting that casts a soft copper hue while watching television in the evenings.
