As other reviewers have stated, this is clearly a product with an incorrect description. The lamps I received are black/nickel with silver fabric shades.
Unfortunately I am all but certain that we are incapable of disassembling them and getting them back into the original packaging. I would give the engineers who designed the packaging 5 stars because I could never have imagined fitting everything in that box without damage.
Don't buy these unless you want black/nickel/silver!

People are having an issue with the exact color of these things. I like it more than what they say they are. The picture is a more accurate representation.As far as quality and functionality go, I love them. Look great, good build, fancy looking, perfect size. As a bonus, the tall lamp post doubles as a Gandalf the Gray staff if you are a LoTR fan. Have fun LARPing in the woods with your friends!

I got this for a good price and they look nice... Very well packaged and had no problems in regards to damage even though one of the boxes was banged up during shipping...The only dissapointment is that the screw on nobby to keep the shade on does not catch well and pop off... They could have given a bit longer screws to ensure that they knobby did its job...
