I purchased 2 of these lamps and received them quickly, only 1 of the shades was smashed beyond repair. I emailed the company and they sent out a new shade asap, I had it within 2 days. These lamps are very well made and heavy. I have hade many compliments on them, they look beautiful in my log home. I highly recommend them and the company selling them.
