As the title of my review says, this IS indeed an absolutely beautiful lamp. I use the term "good" when referring to price somewhat loosely though; meaning I myself don't really find 300+ dollars for a lamp to be a "deal" but all Uttermost brand table lamps are around this price range and Amazon was offering the Fascination II lamp for the lowest price I could find at $314 (fulfilled by Bellacor) So I bit the bullet and bought 2 and I'm so glad that I did!
If you're looking for a pretty lamp that will definitely stand out in a room, this is a good choice. The lamp takes two 60 watt bulbs that fit horizontally into the lamp. My only complaint, which is something you always risk when buying things off the internet, is that the lamp shades were not exactly the color I was expecting from the photo. I was expecting them to be more of a light ivory color, but they are definitely darker than that.
One thing I was pleasantly surprised about though, was the great packing job by Uttermost. I was afraid that once the lamps arrived, I was going to have to spend a great deal of time untwining all those strands of crystals from one another, or worse yet, have to attch them all to the lamp myself, but they were almost perfect when I unwrapped them. There were only 1-2 inner strands on each lamp that I had to unknot from one anotherand that was it. With one lamp, I was even given 5 extra replacement crystal strands. (They must have forgotten to add that in my other box, or perhaps I missed it and accidentally threw it away with the packaging even though I looked for it)
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase of these lamps and can hardly take my eyes off them anytime I walk into my bedroom. I was also happy that Bellacor shipped them before the advertised 6-10 day mark.
