This product is stunning (better than the photos), even without the night light turned on, and with the light on, it is bright.

But, after burning about 6 7 hours, was so hot to the touch, unable to pick it up.

Package says not to put near bedclothes, sheets, etc, for good reason.

Am considering removing the 15w lamp and replacing it with a 7w lamp. Won't be as bright.

but hopefully, won't get as hot!

I just received my purple bearded iris night lamp and it was everything I'd hoped for. It's just enough light for my oversized bathroom at night. It's much prettier in person than it is in the picture. It would make a perfect gift for those that are hard to buy for.

I purchased three Ibis & Orchid Design pieces for my wife. The three pieces include: 1. Purple Bearded Iris Night Lamp, 2. Calla Lily Flowers of Light Votive, and 3. White Orchid Keepsake Box. Each piece is very nicely colored and the flowers are nicely detailed. The votive candle holder and the night lamp illuminate the cast flower artwork very nicely.

The size was just as advertised and the bulb is a little brighter than expected, but can be changed later.

Attractive night light. I used a 2 watt 150 lumen LED bulb rather than the supplied incandescent, and the lamp does not even get warm. However, that is equivalent light output to a 20 watt conventional bulb, which is kind of bright for a night light. A 5 watt equivalent LED, about a half watt, is probably better. Virtually any shape LED bulb with a candelabra base will fit.
