I have purchased 3 of these frogs and they have a bottom, The colors are beautiful and vivid and my frog has a rotart switch, not a push button on and off switch. It has a bright light and looks beautiful when turned on. I am very happy with my lamp. It looks exactly like the picture. I am very pleased.
