The replacement bulbs are C-7 clear transparent replacement bulbs for twinkle lights or blinking lights. They can be found online 4 for $3.00 or anywhere they sell christmas lights.

It's a cute product. However, the bulbs burned out way too fast on us and now I can't find out how to replace the bulbs and get them to blink. I can't find blinking light bulbs and the instructions were useless as to whether there is a fuse to change or not. One extra bulb is not enough.

We have owned this lamp for about 5 years now with no problems. We never tried to hang it on the wall, as one other reviewer did, so I'm not sure how that would work. We have always kept it on our boys' dresser and used to use it as a night light. Yes, it does blink constantly and you cannot change that, but it doesn't bother our boys. It is very light weight and I imagine would break if it fell from a significant height or was stepped on. As far as the bulbs, ours just burnt out a couple of months ago, after five years. We aren't planning on getting new ones because we are redoing their room decor. I think its a cute light and would recommend.

Spent $40 on a battery operated lamp

That looks nothing like the picture!!!!! It's a ready set go lamp
