Daughter loves the way this lamps looks, it's very relaxing and seems well built my Lava lamp from the 90s still works and I expect to get as much use out of this one. A tip if the heating element (little coiled metal ring normally at the bottom inside of glass lamp) ever gets stuck floating inside the wax of these, when cool. Is to gently put the unopened lamp in a pot of water on the stove, turn medium heat until all the wax is flowing good then, turn off the heat and let cool inside the pot. The coiled metal ring should sink back down to the bottom of the lamp and it should be good as new!

Beautiful lamp! Creates a wonderfully muted, warm light in the room. I put it on my desk and it creates a really nice mood. Not enough light to read by, but more than enough to see what's around. It really is wonderful.

Well It looked good, But it took hours for it to warm up, And the bulb blew out on day two,You can get the bulbs at Home Depot. It looks pretty, Sometimes you have to shake it a little to get it started. Yeah the old ones made in the U.S.A. Back in the old days are better. I wish a lot more things were made here where they belong.Casandra
